**What do you like best about Hypatos?**

The ease with which processes can be automated and optimized through this tool turns out to be its greatest attraction, and it is that no matter how complex the Hypatos task may turn out to be, it allows us to simplify it in a quite practical way, its graphical interface has a fairly simple and intuitive design that allows us to use it in a much simpler and easier way, not to mention the fact that its entire process and learning curve is quite fast and easy to understand, its customer service team is quite fast at the moment to solve any problem that may arise.

**What do you dislike about Hypatos?**

Despite having user manuals, these are not completely well designed, so this would be the only recommendation that I would give them, that they try to improve and update the manuals in such a way that they are much more understandable and easier to understand and thus serve as support for problem solving.

**What problems is Hypatos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been especially useful when updating and improving a large number of tasks and processes within our company in a much more practical, efficient and agile way, not to mention the fact that it has allowed us to have a large amount of information in a safe and well-protected, so that we do not have to fear data leaks or that other applications misuse our data, which is quite practical to automate and digitize all our administrative processes in a fairly fast and secure way, in such a way so that we can streamline all our procedures in a much more efficient way, so it has been of great help to us when we want to increase our productivity and quality of services.

We apply the hypatos model to get structured data from historical invoices in order to optimize our accounting processes; really surprised by the quality of the data!

They are able to take out all the data in receipts with high levels of accuracy

I cant think of anything special. Does really well.

It worths trying and it does really good job in turning documents into data.

We connect consultants to companies. Our consultants need to get paid for their expenses. Previous manual process was slow for the consultants and tiresome for us.

Ease of use and customer support. 
Very user friendly tool. Also, support staff is very helpful and quick to respond to questions. After initial learning period, using Hypatos is really beneficial to us.

**What do you dislike about Hypatos?**

I can’t say anything negative about this product so far.

**Recommendations to others considering Hypatos:**

Start with trial period to see exact features you need with your organization. Consult technical support for possible implementation ares in your organization.

As founder of a digital marketing agency, we see it as our duty to use the latest technologies to streamline and optimize our processes

Its technology reduces manual effort in the data extraction process to a minimum, and the service is very easy to integrate.

**What do you dislike about Hypatos?**

Some adjustments in the model might be needed in order to increase the accuracy of some specific, non-standard documents.

Automate document processing to save manpower and time

As a CTO, I like Hypatos’ flexible approach. Their software works on both the cloud and on our devices.

**What do you dislike about Hypatos?**

I can't complain. However, operations team needed to label documents using their software to get started

**What problems is Hypatos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Hypatos to automatically process receipts from our customers. Timely and correct processing is important for our operations and we are quite happy with their output

Easy implementation with API; Responsive customer support; clean UI for users from
the finance department

**What do you dislike about Hypatos?**

Their documentation can be improved however they were quite responsive and we did
not have major glitches

Automated data extraction in our finance department. Faster implementation, reduction
of manual effort, increased accuracy.

Pretty fast extraction and documents processing. The result is better than expected, in terms of accuracy.

The community edition has a quite limited function. We can only extract invoices.

I am using it to initiate an attempt to automate document (mainly invoice) processing flow.

The scope of our project required the extraction of data from prescriptions. Results were surprising for the client’s management team who were not used to seeing such granular analysis
