HYLTH is a UK fitness and nutrition coaching app. You start with H, an AI coach that plans your training and nutrition around the week you are actually having and adjusts when it changes. Whenever you want a person, you can move to a human HYLTH coach from inside the app, taking every workout, meal, photo and check-in with you, and move back later. Coaches use the same app to run their own clients: free for the first five, with no cut taken on what they charge. Made by HYLTH Ltd, founded in London in 2026 by Darren Briscoe.
