1) There's a bit of a learning curve for tech teams. If you've been deep in your legacy apps, this one is new. Training content is available and the support folks are great, but some thing you just got to get your hands dirty with. Plan for a longer ramp up period if doing the heavy lifting in house.

2) The transition to Nuxeo has been a little harder to communicate to legacy stakeholders. The hardest part of any digital transformation is getting user/stakeholder and, frankly, most of our IT team to think beyond the paper-paradigm and the "it's a big database".
