The only specific thing I can say I like about Hyland Credentials is that they are similar/familiar, fitting in line with other similar products. A familiar feeling helps users more easily pick up on a new product without pushback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This list could go on and on. First of all - Hyland has notoriously lousy support. If you talk to them, they will constantly say they are trying to improve - I've believed them so many times and been let down. They will give you a list of all the changes they've made and how you can do x, y, or z to engage customer care if you aren't getting a satisfactory response from support, but it has never improved and only worsened. I can say that I will not recommend Hyland products solely based on their support alone. However, I do have some more particular insights regarding this specific product. While logging in is familiar and not at all unique, their solution for secure file sending is atrocious. The interface looks like it was made in 1990, and no improvements since; there is a constant back-and-forth email to the website to an email to the website just to get logged in; finally, it just feels clunky.
