**What do you like best about Hyland Content Innovation Cloud?**

Set up and maintenance is handled by the vendor and frees up alot of time.  Building workflows and ingesting files/documents is easy to follow and recreate once input, output variables and connectors are understood.

**What do you dislike about Hyland Content Innovation Cloud?**

The connectors are difficult to understand and not well trained out.  After a year of using still having difficulties recreating or understanding connectors.

**What problems is Hyland Content Innovation Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyland sunset Formatta Transforms and this solution allowed us to replace the functionality up to 80%
