## About Hyground
Hyground.ai is a sovereign AI SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) agent for mid-market and enterprise customers. It automates repetitive SRE work, investigates alerts, correlates logs and metrics, and proposes fixes before an on-call engineer even opens their laptop — all while being self-hosted and fully GDPR-compliant so no operational data leaves the customer's environment.

## Hyground Reviews
 ### 1. Powerful, Secure Self-Hosted AI SRE Agent That Speeds Up Incident Resolution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niklas T. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Hyground?**

Hyground is a very powerful app that sits on top of my observability stack. Thanks to the self-hosting option, it feels very secure, and it also makes it easy for me to integrate it into our existing tool landscape. For me, it has given our developers more power to understand what’s happening in the apps without needing the plattform team, and it has saved about 50 percent of the time we used to spend on incident resolution.

**What do you dislike about Hyground?**

At least for now, you need a K8s cluster to host it. It’s also not exactly cheap; however, compared to the salaries you have to pay, it still feels very affordable. At the moment, it’s a bit hard to fill up the knowledge base and to figure out all the possible tools you can connect.

**What problems is Hyground solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyground helps me understand what is happening in my infrastructure (not only k8s). It gives me one central place to get information about my systems, and it’s very powerful at finding the root causes of issues, whether they come from the end user or from the dev side. User errors and similar problems are also detected correctly. I also like that it explains why it reached a certain conclusion, how to fix the issue quickly, and how to prevent it in the future. Overall, it saves me a lot of time on nasty support tasks.

 ### 2. A Practical SRE Copilot That Keeps Improving

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Hyground?**

Hyground brings Kubernetes, logs, metrics, incident data, change information, and operational knowledge into one investigation workflow.

In our environment, it can query live Kubernetes data, run health checks, and preserve the evidence and reasoning for later review.

The strongest aspects are the self-hosted deployment model, the read-biased operating posture, and the ability to turn recurring SRE procedures into reusable skills.

Auto RCA is actively processing operational events, while the session history makes investigations easier to review and hand over.

Hyground also handles uncertainty reasonably well: when information is unavailable, it generally identifies the gap instead of presenting an unsupported conclusion.

Hyground reduces the manual effort needed to collect operational context during an incident a lot. This is a big plus for our 2nd level support team.

**What do you dislike about Hyground?**

Some features are still maturing. For example, file attachments did not work reliably in the version we tested, and areas such as metrics and integration diagnostics could be clearer. The team is responsive, though, and these practical issues are actively being addressed in new releases regularly.

**What problems is Hyground solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyground brings information from different systems together, so our team can understand issues faster and spend less time searching through multiple tools. This helps us respond more quickly, work more consistently, and focus on fixing problems.

 ### 3. Quick root cause analyses during incidents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wladimir J. | Principaö it architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Hyground?**

Especially when it becomes critical, for example during incidents or downtimes, Hyground helps with thorough root-cause analyses to quickly identify the actual cause of the error. In doing so, not only Kubernetes is considered, but also documentation, code, history, and one's own memory, so that I can then quickly fix the error myself.

This saves both time and a lot of nerves. Additionally, the team is very responsive and supports us with acute problems as well as specific requests professionally and quickly.

**What do you dislike about Hyground?**

The responses from Hyground are based on the quality of our observability tools. But even with the help of Hyground, we continuously uncover gaps in observability to improve monitoring capabilities.

**What problems is Hyground solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Incidents are now handled much more calmly and routinely, and we have been able to reduce downtimes by about 50%. Additionally, Hyground is continuously being expanded with new features; we are currently evaluating how we can automate recurring Dev-Ops tasks with the new Schedules feature.

 ### 4. Secure Self-Hosted Architecture with Fast Root-Cause Analysis and Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Hyground?**

Hyground’s self-hosted architecture allows us to meet strict security, compliance, and data protection requirements. The automated correlation of logs, metrics, and events significantly speeds up root-cause analysis, while seamless integration into our existing monitoring and ticketing tools eliminates the need for disruptive platform changes.

**What do you dislike about Hyground?**

The platform evolves quickly, which is generally a positive aspect. However, keeping up with new features requires ongoing evaluation, and more practical best practice guides would be helpful. That said, the Hyground team is highly responsive and technically strong, providing excellent support throughout the engagement.

**What problems is Hyground solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyground helps us reduce manual effort in troubleshooting, automate recurring operational tasks, and minimize dependencies on individual experts. As a result, we can work more efficiently, identify root causes faster, and scale operations without adding headcount.

 ### 5. Very good monitoring and adjustment through close collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simon M. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Hyground?**

I like about Hyground that we don't have to buy it as Software-as-a-Service and we can seamlessly connect our internal tools. Additionally, I appreciate that we can build on our existing infrastructure. This is a great help because the data remains within our network, which is important for licensing and data protection reasons. The ability to integrate almost all deployed products relatively easily also makes it valuable for us. Meanwhile, the setup is very simple and manageable.

**What do you dislike about Hyground?**

Initial problems could be resolved through close collaboration.

**What problems is Hyground solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hyground helps us identify technical problems in our infrastructure, also in an automated way, and supports us in dealing better with problems.
