Hard to say, but I'm afraid the free tier could be a little more generous in terms of models, more than 20 could be helpful (I know you already are :D). 199$ for the second tier looks quite expensive for me, but it's something that I probably have to do if my MVPs start to work. I wasn't familiar with this platform; I was forced to use it for Gamescom. Once I got started, I felt a bit lost, but once I understood how to use it, it was simple and intuitive to get going. I think it's an effective tool that allows you to organize your work both internally and with external collaborators. I've explored a few of hygraph's features, but I plan to continue learning more. I didn't have permission to do things, and I didn't understand why. There was no guided introduction or anyone to explain how to do things.
