**What do you like best about HYDPRO?**

I like that there are people behind the platform, it's not just another faceless corporation.

**What do you dislike about HYDPRO?**

The only caveat I could find was the UI/UX, it needs to be more user-friendly.

**What problems is HYDPRO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Avoiding downtime.
