What do you like best about HYCU?

"Are SaaS always reliable? with Hycu yes!"

What do you like best about HYCU?

Hycu is really easy to setup, and being a SaaS itself is not our responsibility to maintain the infrastructure behin it.

If our SaaS goes down, or if something happend in this strange geopolitical period we are sure that our data are safe.

Hycu team is very great, rapid in the response and also developing new feature while new API are made avaiable from the SaaS provider. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HYCU?

Being able to interface with a lot of tools is not always easy to navigate the console, but once you have understood it it became faster and intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HYCU?

The HYCU support team is knowledge of their product and able to quickly help and resolve issues.

The onboarding was easy to follow and guide us through the implementation of the product to backup our Atlassian instances. The features are also interesting comparing to other products on the market. Overall a very easy to us solution which works efficiently and does what we ask it to. What do you dislike about HYCU?

The product still seem young but evolving quickly to implement more features.

A few required settings were missing during the deployment, however we were able to quickly remmediate and implement the necessary items.

What do you like best about HYCU?

Stable and fast back-ups.

Good technical support.Technical person that together with you are looking for sollution for your problem.

Implementation was easy and fast the office backup was really easy.

Restoring backup is fast and easy.

What do you dislike about HYCU?

there are not many downsides of hycu because we where one of the early addapters we have seen allot of the downside take away.

If there is a point for improvement it will be:

What do you like best about HYCU?

At ET Works we have been designing, selling and implementing HYCU solutions to end customers globally for many years. They provide enterprise grade backup technology with a strong feature set, at a sensible price. A fantastic team and technology that I would happily recommend to anyone- especially those that want to combine it with a Nutanix estate, which is an example of where HYCU really excels. What do you like best about HYCU?

I'm working with HYCU for about 3.5 years. since then the contact with the team was very friendly and supportive. Their integration with Nutanix is unmatched in the competition. So far we can't complain about the partnership with HYCU. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
