CAP Conseil Achats Publics is public procurement software that automates the process of finding, analyzing, and responding to public and private tenders. The platform detects relevant opportunities and sends alerts when new procurement notices match specified criteria. It analyzes tender documents and assists with drafting responses through machine learning technology. The system learns from previous submissions to refine its recommendations over time. The software maintains a database of procurement opportunities that updates daily. It handles the workflow from initial opportunity identification through final bid submission. The platform operates on servers hosted within the European Union to maintain data security and regulatory compliance. Features include automated search functions, document analysis tools, and response drafting assistance. The software streamlines procurement activities by reducing manual tasks associated with tender identification and proposal preparation.
