I wish there were at least one tier between Lite and Pro. As a small business owner who is just getting started in HVAC design, Lite is the obvious choice, as I can still produce Load Calcs as my primary service offering. As a micro engineering firm, I need every tool available to get myself ahead of the competition of larger firms. Having the speed and ease of HVAKR with the next level customer support gives me an insane advantage over my competition. A load calc that would take 12 hours takes me about 3 now.
