Hustle includes Broadcast Texting, P2P Texting, programmatic API-based texting, Video Messaging (Hustle Clips, Personalized Clips, and Hustle Stories), a text-integrated Dialer, Automated event-based messaging, and Message Journeys. Hustle supports 10DLC local area numbers, short codes, toll-free numbers, and RCS. Admins organize campaign-based outreach into Goals. Broadcast Goals send one message to up to millions of people with a single click. Peer to Peer (P2P) Goals let each staff member and volunteer send thousands of personal texts per hour and answer replies in real time. Dialer Goals let agents call mobile numbers and landlines and send a follow-up text from the same local number, with calls and texts kept in one conversation thread. Admins can monitor conversations live and step in for an agent as needed. Automations run in the background and are always on. They can start when a contact texts a keyword, receives a tag, or joins a Hustle Group or Audience. Automations can send messages, update tags, and remove contacts once a condition is met, such as a recorded donation. Customers use Automations to set up message journeys and welcome series to automate outreach. Hustle integrates with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Blackbaud TeamRaiser, Blackbaud Luminate Online, EveryAction/NGP VAN, PDI, and Action Network, and is listed on the Salesforce AppExchange. Conversations and call results sync back to the CRM, and Hustle's reporting covers delivery, response rates, and link clicks. Nonprofits, colleges and universities, unions, government agencies, political campaigns, and digital agencies use Hustle for fundraising, donor and alumni engagement, marketing, volunteer recruitment, member organizing, public outreach, and get-out-the-vote programs. Since Hustle's founding in 2014, thousands of organizations have sent billions of text messages. Hustle is now employee-owned.
