Hurdle helps youth sports and activity businesses manage registrations, memberships, payments, schedules and family communication in one place. It serves clubs, leagues, academies, gyms and studios. Core costs $99/month per organization and includes unlimited members and programs. Premium costs $199/month and adds Retail & POS, integrations and dedicated human support. Standard payment processing fees apply; Hurdle adds no platform transaction fee. Operators can collect registrations, waivers and payments; manage recurring memberships and payment plans; organize schedules and rosters; and communicate with families through email, SMS and a member app. A branded website helps families discover programs and register. Built-in AI helps answer questions, identify overdue balances and lapsed members, and draft follow-up messages for approval. Registration, communication, scheduling, marketing, operations, the member app and AI are included in both plans. Explore Hurdle's interactive product tour on the Hurdle website to see the workflow before booking a meeting.
