The product is very easy to set up and the training videos are engaging and well received. The phishing training integrates well with Microsoft 365 to allow easy sorting of users within the portal. The detection within the phishing emails can be sensitive and will still ocassionally flag Microsoft email filtering, triggering a false positive report.
