The automated monthly training option is fantastic because I don't have to spend much time scheduling and planning trainings for the entire year; it's almost a set it and forget it approach. I also like its seamless integration into our AI Spam/phishing detection system, which works well as a third-party integration. We use Huntress SAT to provide our customers with IT Training and Simulated Phishing. It is incredibly easy to create a training course with a structure or targeted towards a specific topic. The videos are animated and are easy to watch and understand. It was easy to set-up and can be implemented automatically for user who make clicks on the fake phishing sims. Choosing this as our SAT platform was an easy choice. Huntress is a brand we trust, the solution is pretty much set and forget and features such as targeted training for failed phishing that trains the user on the phish message they failed, specifically helping them identify the signs for next time, is brilliant. The videos are short, reasonable interesting and engaging. It has a reasonable feature set, and is relatively straight forward to set up. Given we use Huntress for other things as well, it gives us one vendor to interact with, and our support experience has been pretty much ideal. Feature requests are dealt with well. The initial configuration could be more intuiative. I prefer configurations to be work flow based, and I find the layout of the management console to be less than straigtht forward. Locking specific accounts to NOT be trained, is harder than it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that our customers like it, they pay attention to the various lessons and have made positive comments about the learning sessions. From a MSP point of view, we like that it's simple to get things setup for new customers and using the API, we can easliy invoice the proper amount per month.
