The automatic generation of monthly assignments is particularly beneficial as it reduces the amount of effort and time we need to manage the training. This feature is especially useful because it deals with common security issues, phishing, and other threats. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was; we just had to connect it to our identity provider, set up the training schedule managed by Huntress, and we were all set. When a client falls for a phishing email, they get assigned additional training related to the phishing campaign. Not really a disklike, but the clients feel the shame and sometimes get frustrated about the additional training requirement. Huntress is a brand we trust, the solution is pretty much set and forget and features such as targeted training for failed phishing that trains the user on the phish message they failed, specifically helping them identify the signs for next time, is brilliant. The videos are short, reasonable interesting and engaging. It has a reasonable feature set, and is relatively straight forward to set up. Given we use Huntress for other things as well, it gives us one vendor to interact with, and our support experience has been pretty much ideal. Feature requests are dealt with well. **What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?** The initial configuration could be more intuiative. I prefer configurations to be work flow based, and I find the layout of the management console to be less than straigtht forward. Locking specific accounts to NOT be trained, is harder than it could be. **What problems is Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main benefit to HSAT is the fact it's managed by them.
