"Invaluable Tool for Identity Threat Detection"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

I like that Huntress Managed ITDR is simple to use and integrates well with the systems we use, accompanied by good documentation. It's been really valuable for us because it provides clear visibility and actionable alerts for identity-based threats without adding extra overhead to the team. The continuous monitoring helps us quickly detect suspicious logins and potential account takeovers. It offers a reliable way to track sign-ins and alerts us to unexpected logins or VPN use. In extreme cases, it has helped stop attacks by locking down client accounts before any damage could occur, making it invaluable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

"Effortless Deployment and Integration, Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Huntress ITDR is super easy to deploy, we managed in a few hours to have over 80+ Office 365 customers up and running in this. Integrated it into our PSA for alerting (HaloPSA) was a breeze and makes us super efficent.

The Sales process and support has been fantastic the whole way through.

The product isn't "Noisy" and tunes out all the noise for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

There's not really any downsides to ITDR, it does exactly what it says. You'll get the odd false positive, but this is to be expected. When you first deploy it'll go through everything existing to check for potentially dormant attacks, so at the start there maybe a bit of noise, but this isn't a negative. What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

I feel like they are starting to make some new improvements to the product that are really good, as i felt they were kind of stagnant for awhile so as long as they keep doing that, we are happy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward ITDR Tool with Responsive Feature Updates"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

I like Huntress Managed ITDR because it's quite straightforward and easy to onboard. There are a lot of new features being regularly added, and the team listens to customer feedback, which adds real value rather than just cosmetic changes to the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Limited in customisation for alerts and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Swift Response and User-Friendly Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

I like the speed of how Huntress Managed ITDR reacts; their system works really well. It's very user-friendly, especially because even if a technician has never done the process before, the management console provides step-by-step instructions for what you need to do. You have to physically click on each step to confirm completion, so there's no way to forget anything when remediating a hacked account. The technology ensures you have taken all necessary steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

I would like the management console could have more customization. They designed it to be really simple. Just kind of set it and forget it type of situation, which is nice. But at the same time, we would like to have things that only can be done in the back end available to us. We would like to be able to make changes. Like, for example, being able to say, this specific user can log in from this specific site or log in from a different country, for example. And be able to do that manually instead of having to open the floodgates and say, now everybody can log in from this country, for example. I would say to be more specific, more granular. For the system to be more granular. Maybe give the option for us MSPs. You want to set it and forget it experience, or do you wanna have more granularity? And be able to see everything? And so I think that would be nice to because a lot of us in technology world, we know how to do things. Right? And if we don't, in my case and the case of my business, if we don't know how to do something, we'll call support and ask. And so, having that management console being a little more granular would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Huntress ITDR: Easy Implementation, Clean Layout, Fast Tenant Analysis, GREAT support"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Huntress ITDR is extremely easy to implement, quickly gives you an analysis of your existing tenant's status that you can give to stakeholders/customers and has a clean layout. Customer support is rapid, responsive, thorough, and easy to understand. I wish all support I deal with on a regular basis was as good! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Initial navigation to add tenants took a bit to find but wasn't difficult. It currently requires a P1/P2 license to accurately obtain MFA status. They're working on expanding this but it currently lacks in this department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4.5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Fast, proactive approach to detecting suspicious account behaviors and unauthorized access. What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

There doesn't seem to be much control over alerts and detections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"24/7 Protection with Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed ITDR?

I really like the automated actions and the ability to ingest Entra logs with Huntress Managed ITDR. The pricing is also appealing. Additionally, when we onboard a new client and get ITDR connected, it almost always finds old or existing compromises that were not detected previously. The initial setup was very easy. What do you dislike about Huntress Managed ITDR?

Reauthorizing the enterprise app as new major versions get released can be tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
