I like that Huntress Managed EDR is easy to use and reliable. It's the one tool we generally don't have to worry about, which saves us time and gives us peace of mind. I also enjoy that the Huntress team is fantastic to work with. The initial setup was super easy. Huntress provided the deployment script for our RMM, and tenants were automatically populated in the portal. We just had to tweak some base configurations for managed Defender. I use Huntress Managed EDR to protect our clients' devices 24/7, which is crucial since we don't have a large enough team to provide round-the-clock support ourselves. I appreciate the product's ability to find vulnerabilities, viruses, and bad configurations automatically, accompanied by detailed reporting and steps to resolve issues. The level of detail Huntress Managed EDR provides is outstanding; they don't just solve problems and leave us in the dark. We receive full detailed reports outlining action items, tracking who completes them, and who closes them, which is both intuitive and easy to use. The switch from our previous managed EDR, which provided vague answers and lacked transparency, to Huntress Managed EDR has been valuable due to these individualized, clear reports. Currently the only thing I do not like is the EDR will report an issue like 'other AV' so we go and fix it but it can take the portal sometimes hours before it reflects the fix. It's more of an annoyance than an actual problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Minor thing here, but when we deploy the agent using our RMM (Syncro, now Ninja), the associating binding our RMM Client with the Huntress EDR client can sometimes get mixed up, and now agents are getting slotted into a new customer that we need to notice, move, merge, which is a manual process. If each huntress customer had a customer guid, that we could pull with an API key, then we can tie them together, regardless of the name.
