Hunt Outfitter is an all-in-one management platform for guide outfitters running hunting and fishing operations. It's built for owner-operated outfits with 1–15 guides — the kind of operation where the owner is also the booking agent, the bookkeeper, and the guy in the truck at 4 a.m. If you're tired of running your season out of a spreadsheet, a shoebox of receipts, and a dozen text threads, this is for you. One app handles the whole season: online bookings and client CRM, guide management with a dedicated guide portal, Stripe payments and deposits for high-ticket hunts, document management with e-signatures and signing certificates, hunt meal planning with party-size shopping lists, packing lists, client travel status, and broadcast email to your hunters. What sets it apart is the work nobody else does: non-resident firearms declaration tracking for cross-border and Canadian hunts, OCR expense tracking (snap a photo of a receipt), a guide portal, and signing certificates with a full audit trail. It's a modern installable web app that works on the phone in your pocket — no software to install, no server to manage. Pricing starts free and runs to $179/mo, with a paid entry tier at just $29. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial. Spend more time hunting, less time on paperwork. Start your free trial at https://www.huntoutfitter.app/signup
