What do you dislike about HungerRush POS? Poor product team support. Issues raised as defects, limitations not addressed. No communications on changes happening to the platform. We find out as we or our customers run into issues. Virtually no hardware support after warranty - default answer is to replace you $1500 terminal for something as minor as a failed $30 disk drive. HungerRush is simple and straightforward to use, yet extremely intuitive. They have great customer support and their Techs are allows available whenever we need them. The UI is very pleasing to the eye and is very well designed down to the finest detail. The system brings all my restaurant systems together into a single system making it so much simpler to do everything like ordering, inventory, scheduling, and accounting. As well as integrating with our Kitchen Video systems and our delivery dispatch system. I am just overall very happy with the system and all the work that went into design and creating it. The system sometimes has a more fill in the blanks structure that will just not work for some situations. Recommendations to others considering HungerRush POS: If your looking for a system that can do it all, everything from inventory, to ordering, to scheduling, to payroll, to accounting and will require very little time and money to setup and maintain, then you should really consider HungerRush. HungerRush allows us to consolidate are different systems (debit/ credit, delivery, ordering, Hr, etc) into one cohesive system.
