For us, the greatest advantage of Hunch for now is being able to run custom DPA campaigns. We ran into some issues with the Meta catalog for a big client that we could not fix on META or with Channable. With Hunch we were able to fix it. Integration ran smoothly. Hunch team is really nice; they respond very quickly to our slack messages and are always willing to help out. First results for our client were pretty promising: +17% in clicks, +25% in sales and 24% lower CPA. Overall, we're very happy partnering up with Hunch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We've not been using Hunch for that long, so sometimes it's still a bit of a struggle with the templates and adding dynamic fields (like pricing, sale price) and mapping. The support; it's great that we can send a message to Hunch via Slack and they'll start working on it right away. If something isn't working, if we need extra insights, whenever we need to get more information or a demo. Everything we ask, we'll get a response within a few minutes to maximum an hour. We can't get insights for example reach, the size of our target audience when setting up a new campaign. Also there's some more metrics/options missing within the overview such as comparing different time periods. And there's quite some errors occuring within Hunch as well, sometimes ads can't be created due to an error and then the error is quite unclear where it's going wrong. It took quite some time to create new campaigns, but with Hunch this is going way faster. We're also looking into automating this process and using feeds to create (dynamic) ads for our local stores to generate more store traffic. We're also currently looking into automating/faster creation of our static ads with our design team. They already worked with the template creation, but hopefully we can also create static ads faster in the future for them. The dynamic element is fantastic and makes it possible to create automated ads for several verticals. We're able to connect owned data such as weather data to build campaigns more efficient.
