If something isn't working, if we need extra insights, whenever we need to get more information or a demo. Everything we ask, we'll get a response within a few minutes to maximum an hour. **What do you dislike about Hunch?** There's some metrics and information missing in the platform. We can't get insights for example reach, the size of our target audience when setting up a new campaign. Also there's some more metrics/options missing within the overview such as comparing different time periods. And there's quite some errors occuring within Hunch as well, sometimes ads can't be created due to an error and then the error is quite unclear where it's going wrong. Sometimes refreshing the page works, sometimes it doesn't. **What problems is Hunch solving and how is that benefiting you?** It took quite some time to create new campaigns, but with Hunch this is going way faster. We're also looking into automating this process and using feeds to create (dynamic) ads for our local stores to generate more store traffic. We're also currently looking into automating/faster creation of our static ads with our design team. They already worked with the template creation, but hopefully we can also create static ads faster in the future for them. They often have the same (repetitive) tasks when creating new ads, maybe we could ease this by using a template. ### 4. Their tool offers a comprehensive set of solutions for creative management in Facebook which we have used for numerous clients. **What do you dislike about Hunch?** We have seen some issue with the results of using Hunch for Dynamic Product Ads, high CPCs for example compared to control groups. Though this may come down to the creative in use and not the platform. User permissions have also created some confusion at times. **What problems is Hunch solving and how is that benefiting you?** We engaged with Hunch primarily to test Dynamic Product ads and their creative suite was one of the best we had seen. The dynamic rules allowed us to solve complicated problems, primarily for messaging sale through these campaigns in a visually interesting way. We were pleased with the ability to import PSDs, and the suite of visual tools available. Some rules were finicky, but Hunch always helped us resolve quickly which was greatly appreciated. ### 5. As a new user on hunch, it is very user friendly and the support team and hands if any help is needed. **What do you dislike about Hunch?** Sometimes Hunch can take a while to sync the catalog which doesn't allow us to publish changes during to sync which puts other work on hold wholst waiting for the catalog to sync. **What problems is Hunch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hunch are constantly tailoring the platform to our needs which makes it conveniant for us to run & publish our campaign in an effiencient way. ### 7. It took some time to fix this. We experienced things like this before as well. Mainly the problem here is the API with Meta.
