There are a few things I wish I could customize more, or were better set up. For example, when you onboard someone before they start, it goes to their personal email, but you still have to go and input and switch over to their company email. I love the employee onboarding tools, the ease of preparing weekly payroll, the customer support, and the ease of preparing T4s. We have never had an issue with the direct deposit, and the employee login works great for delivering paystubs. It was really easy to get set up.
