Humi does a great job of onboarding users, has a beautifully designed UI, and the thoughtfulness of their product experience shows they care a great deal about making the payroll process painless for non-accountants. The payment structure is add-on heavy. If you attempt to integrate many HR parts into your Humi stack, you may feel like you're being nickel and dimed. This isn't a problem for us, as we are a small company and use Humi for payroll only. We also benefit from this structure in that Humi can be less expensive for the few pieces we use it for! We've been with HUMI for several years, and they've grown immensely with many amazing tools that have saved us tons of time.

As our own business has scaled, having HUMI's Tools has allowed us to scale without the typical overhead we'd have with the processes we had prior to going with them.

The ability to make suggestions, then see them happen within a reasonable time has been great, and they are very responsive to questions about how do I do this.

We are still working through some challenges with document formatting, as the fillable document has to be from a PDF, as a result there are spacing/formatting issues that you would not have if it was a dynamic "word like" module that you filled in the spots, then it turned it into a PDF to send to the staff to sign. It's really hard to pick a "best" about Humi. Whether it's the product itself, the team behind it all, or the fact that there has been so much growth over the years with the platform. We've been Humi customers since 2018 and they have been outstanding partners every step of the way. From benefits, to payroll, to HRIS, you name it. They care about their customers, they do a great job, and I would recommend them to anyone in Canada looking for an all-in-one solution (and I have, many times!) Firstly, Humi does a great job at managing our Health Insurance Policy. They provide annual reviews and advice on what to do. Then they negotiate on our behalf to get us better rates. Secondly, I really how Humi manages our employee's vacation requests and tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Besides vacation tracking and health insurance services, I do not find many of their other services exceptionally useful. Maybe it is because I have not applied them in our company, but I just don't see the point. Those two services are great though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
