Humi does lack customization options that I'm used to with other apps, which means that it may not meet the specific needs of all businesses. The pro-rata calculations for bi-monthly payroll salary increases or new hires are wrong. I contacted customer service and management and they have not budged. Things I don't love:

- The e-signature software for documents is a bit frustrating to use. I wish I could edit documents directly in the platform rather than re-uploading a new PDF each time. Also, it is hard to customize documents for multiple employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their product itself works great. If we do have any issues, the Humi support team is incredibly quick and responsive, providing us with the answers that we need. I have zero hesitation recommending Humi to any HR team looking for an intuitive HRIS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
