
I appreciate using Humanz for localizing UGC best performers. This feature helps us expand the markets we can target with our marketing campaigns by allowing us to use localized UGC creatives to reach beyond just English-speaking countries. It's valuable to have very reliable production that delivers results as good as our internal team, especially when they are too packed with other things. It's not necessarily a dislike, but something we could explore more is giving them the freedom to come up with their own concepts. Since our game is very niche, it's really hard to find someone who nails a creative for us and captures the game assets well enough to create a best performing creative.
