What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I like how easy it is to week up with a weekly schedule for 20+ team members, as well as it being simple to make updates to shifts when needed. Customer support is always very quick and responsive and I really do appreciate that! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

The only thing I can think of disliking about Humanity scheduling is that it doesn't allow for color coding or other ways to keep track of missed shifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I would recommand TCP Humanity Scheduling software"

What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

We tried other systems (free) and came back to TCP Humanity Scheduling software. It meets our needs for our front line staff. We have been using this system for over 10 years.

Easy to use. Can enter notes for staff shifts. We like it!

It's easy to chat with a support staff at TCP Humanity when we do not know how to do something.

Lots of webinars offered to explain functionalities we do not use but that could be beneficial to our operations.

Bilingualism is important to us as we are a Crown Corporation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Our pay system is Dayforce/Ceridian, and TCP Humanity can not interact, so I have to enter the schedule in both systems. It would be great if Dayforce/Ceridian was one of the systems that can interact with Humanity.

Humanity Schedule helps us stay on top of scheduling without all the back-and-forth. It solves the headache of trying to manage shifts manually or over email/text. Employees can easily see their schedules, request time off, or swap shifts, and managers can approve everything quickly in one place. It’s also cut down on missed shifts and scheduling confusion since everything updates in real time and sends out notifications. Overall, it saves us a lot of time and keeps everyone on the same page.
