"Flexible, Scalable, and Easy to Use—Backed by Outstanding Customer Service"
5/5
What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

The flexibility, scalability, and overall ease of use make it simple to create layouts and manage several team schedules—it’s a breeze. And if that wasn’t enough, their customer service is the best. They’re responsive, they really know their product, and they resolve issues quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

This software is everything that we were looking for. It has everything we need and so much more. There is nothing to dislike about this software. The price is even reasonable compared to other companies charging so much more for so much less features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Extremely Helpful for Travel: Clear Location Details and Who’s Working Where"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

As a traveler for my company, seeing the address, and information about each location I am expected to go to being listed in the app is extremely helpful. I also really like that I can see who is working where. This makes it so much easier when I need to get ahold of someone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I don't have anything specific that I don't like about it. I think the things I am not a fan of are actually being input by a person, making it not an app problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Recommended Scheduler - Efficient Scheduling and Time Keeping"
5/5
What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I liked how convenient it was to use. You can tell they invested a lot of time into making it as helpful as possible to schedule. From the time clock to shift trades and overall scheduling, Humanity has been my favourite scheduler to use.

Support was always easily accessible if I ever encountered an issue I couldn't resolve on my own. I really liked the chat support. I never had to wait more than a few minutes to have any questions answered.

My team specifically runs on a 4 on/ 4 off rotation and I really liked how I could integrate that rotation into the scheduler and it would automate the schedule accurately for whatever amount of time I set. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Unfortunately, we had to discontinue our subscription with Humanity due to pricing so that would be my one downside.

I think one issue I ran into before we discontinued services was being able to create seperate teams and schedules within one profile. I'm not sure if that's something they have integrated now, but the way we got around it was just by creating seperate labels for the different teams and roles to keep them seperate. "Easy-to-Use UI, Seamless Payroll Integration, and Responsive 24/7 Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

Humanity schedule by TCP has a fairly easy to use user interface (UI) and I appreciate how it integrates directly with our payroll system for quick processing. They have 24/7 support available for any questions and respond quickly to requests. They also take recommendations for software improvements. I have not experienced any issues with performance or load time. The pricing seems fair. I understand that the company seems like it is going to try to incorporate AI in the future as well with updates and it continues to update regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I had some pricing issues in the past with a particular sales rep, but since then it seems they have resolved the issue based on our circumstances and have been able to work with us. There were a couple updates that eliminated something we were using or made it have to have an extra click but they seems to have fixed at least one of those issues and are responsive for resolutions. "Intuitive, Reliable, and Always Improving—Humanity Makes Planning Easy"
5/5
What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I really appreciate the constant upgrades they make to it. The tool is very intuitive and genuinely useful. Performance has been solid overall; I’ve run into a few issues before, but they haven’t been a big deal. It also makes planning much easier because it lets you integrate other tools you already work with, like spreadsheets.

I'm not sure about the pricing for this tool, but I believe its worth the money, Humanity provides a very good structure to our team's needs.

Customer experience/ Support has always been on point. I've reached out many times to them with some Q's or suggestions, and every time they have helped me out.

About AI/ Intelligence, I haven't seen any implementations so far. But I don't doubt they will add them in the near future. Artificial Intelligence will be very helpful to make our scheduling easier than what it already is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

There's nothing I dislike about it. It's one of the best tools I've ever used in my professional life.

As I said on the previous question, They just gotta add some AI features to make it even more complete. With that, Humanity will be a rocket! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Nancy Newton of Humanity Schedule by TCP

Thank you for the review! Yes, you can look for AI features in the future. Thank you for sharing!

"Clear Vacation & Leave Visibility That Makes Scheduling Easier"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

It’s nice to be able to see when employees are out for vacation or leave, how long they’ll be away, and when they’ll be returning. This is extremely helpful when filling positions, because it clearly shows any conflicts for employees who are on vacation or otherwise unavailable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

The main issue I’ve run into is that we can’t separate shifts by department. Our company has multiple physical locations, and each location includes several departments. It would be very helpful if we could assign managers and employees to specific departments and then schedule shifts within those departments. We’ve found a workaround that functions for us, but some parts of it are still fairly inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Nancy Newton of Humanity Schedule by TCP

Thank you for your review! We're glad Humanity Schedule has helped simplify scheduling and make it easier to manage availability and time off. We appreciate your feedback on department-based scheduling and will share it with our team as we continue improving the platform.

"Revolutionized Our Scheduling with Seamless Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I love that Humanity Schedule by TCP is useful 100% for every step of our process. We can communicate with the crew members and other employees through Humanity, leave reminders on the Message Wall, and when trips are published and assigned, users get live notifications to their phones. The feature where custom fields can be created is very useful because we can keep track of everything we need. Crew members are notified immediately when there is an upcoming trip, and changes push new notifications to them. The Message Wall is perfect for reminders, like weather-specific reminders or something easily forgotten but impactful. It eliminated the need for our Operations department to call people one by one since information is now broadcasted to everyone seamlessly. The initial setup was extremely easy, just login and start adding the basic information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I find it would be a nice upgrade to be able to upload images to direct messages. Sometimes it is easier or better to send a screenshot or a picture to a specific person, and currently, image upload isn't supported. Also, being able to reorganize custom fields once they are created would be a good quality of life upgrade because right now they stay in the order they are created. The platform is pretty solid otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Nancy Newton of Humanity Schedule by TCP

Appreciate the thorough review! Sounds like Humanity Schedule's live notifications and Message Wall have really cut down on manual outreach for your team. We'll get your image upload and custom field ideas over to the product team.

"Easy Scheduling with Minor Print and Hours Issue"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I like the Humanity Schedule by TCP app for its ability to let employees access their schedule from anywhere at any time. It's also easy for employees to submit time off requests via the app and receive notifications when their schedule changes or I approve their leave. The app is easy to use, which is important for making schedules. I appreciate the six-week view compared to the one-week view we had in Went to Work. I also like that it helps keep track of all our shifts and ensures I have adequate shift coverage. The features that allow me to template, copy, and move schedules are quite handy. Overall, it's the ease of use that stands out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I don't like that when you go to print a schedule, it doesn't save your chosen settings, so you have to redo those choices each time. Another issue is that you can't change the total hours displayed on the schedule. It automatically adds them up, showing nine hours even if there's a lunch break in there, and I can't adjust it. I've submitted feature requests for both of these issues. Additionally, during the initial setup, there was a problem with billing because they didn't take us off the trial period, so we ended up being on a 30-day trial longer than intended and kept getting locked out of the program when it expired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Nancy Newton of Humanity Schedule by TCP

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear Humanity Schedule is making scheduling and time-off management easier for your team. We appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue improving the product.

"Intuitive Scheduling, But Needs Hidden Employees and Better Stability"
3/5
What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

I like the ability to add skills to specific employees, the drag to copy or move options, and the list of possible employees ranked by no limitations/limitations (such as days in a row, max hours, already scheduled, etc). The UI is intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

My biggest frustration is that I cannot choose to "hide" employees. I have all of these higher ups that pop up on my employees tab, and while skills can filter them out of suggested people to fill the shift, I still have to scroll through them and it disrupts being able to see all of my employees schedules side by side to visually balance. Also, it's slow and often crashes. I often have to refresh as sometimes it will not display all of my projects or shifts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Humanity Is User-Friendly and Easy to Navigate"
5/5
What do you like best about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

It is very user friendly and easy to navigate, as the software itself offers guidance with every new update as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?

There aren’t any general downsides to using Humanity. If I have to nitpick, it’d be that it sometimes lags when adding tags to schedules. When copying shifts, it doesn’t let you remove any of the tags and titles when trying to only get the shift time and location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
