It's easy to read and understand, and we use it every day to check and maintain staffing levels. **What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?** It doesn't interface with our payroll provider, so our users have to clock in twice. Reporting is easy, but there is no way to automate repeat reports - running a timesheet summary every week is something that should be easy to schedule. Vacation summary reports to track callouts and a separate late report should be combinable. **What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a visible schedule that all employees and managers can access and view. Employees can easily see who is coming to work and who will be off on certain days, while managers can see the schedules of more than just their direct reports, which is a limitation for other products we use. ### 2. Customer support is always very quick and responsive and I really do appreciate that! **What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?** The only thing I can think of disliking about Humanity scheduling is that it doesn't allow for color coding or other ways to keep track of missed shifts. **What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** They help me manage and schedule a team of 20+ janitorial and ops staff easily. ### 3. After a easy learning curve, we can easily schedule, review, and approve of a various shifts. Staff also find ease of access, considering the simple user interface to input unavailability. **What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?** TCP Humanity Scheduling does require a learning curve in regards to the various features, however, this ultimately improves the quality of service due to the diversity of actions that can be done for that account. **What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** TCP Humanity Scheduling solves communication issues regarding multiple staff and their schedules and streamline this communication process. It also allows staff to communicate their availability as well in a visual manner. It also solves the challenge of communicating with hundreds of staff for hundreds of various shifts available. ### 5. It's easy to check employees timeclocks, and also the messaging works well for communication. There are many different ways to run reports on employees. The phone app is good. **What do you dislike about Humanity Schedule by TCP?** Minor things are issues- if you accept a leave request is deletes anything the employee is scheduled on. Good in theory but we make Vacation a position, so this is annoying to me. When I make any changes or add a shift it used to update right away, but now I have to constantly refresh. **What problems is Humanity Schedule by TCP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organizing many employees, and also for groups of employees that do different jobs, and different positions within those jobs. ### 7.
