My nonprofit has been using Humanitru for two years. I joined the organization this year and Humanitru has allowed me to speed up the process of learning the donor demographics, our retention metrics, and other helpful tools to quickly get up to speed with our fundraising efforts. I've used two of the most well-known providers in the industry and Humanitru's reporting is far superior. They allow me to see so much more than just donor information in one place! Although the donation page is very clean and easy for donors to use, I would love some more flexibility in style, layout, etc. But they are always updating the system and some things I've recommended have already been implemented.
