Recommendations to others considering Humanforce: The platform is great and easy to use. Very scalable. The staff are super amazing and helpful - Rob has got an amazing team from Down under all the way to Canada and everywhere inbetween. They are always on hand to help you out and answer any questions. I really love when you have an issue a personalised video is sent through showing you how to do what you have requested. Onboarding new staff members has been so easy and all it required was a few forms to be created beforehand however the templates were a great starting point. You can personalise it to your company's message and make it fun! I'm finding the Wellness Check to be a godsend because I can find out how my team are doing as are all working remotely and if there are any issues I know about them and can reach out and help. Not problems just putting things in place to make my life easier like Performance Appraisals, Staff management. The Wellness check has been very helpful. A major benefit is Gagan and the team. Gagan is an absolute star.
