- high levels of data to make data-driven decisions
- intuitive platform that is easy to learn and teach
- the implementation process is above and beyond helpful and awesome
- the entire team at intelliHR is so helpful and friendly, really taking the time to understand you and your business

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

Some features aren't available yet as it's fairly young but they're super open to feedback and changes to make the product better (ie. anonymity)

Making data-driven decisions especially as we become larger - eliminating internal time creating spreadsheets & doing manual tracking has been huge for us

Would be easier to slide across the delete notifications rather than having to click on each notification one at a time.

The bidding system for shifts only shows you the date and not the weekday. Also would be helpful if dates are highlighted once you have bid for a shift on that day

Humanforce enables total control and understanding of all staffing and rostering making it imperative to our business. The remote clocking in/off and authorisation of shifts is extremely beneficial.

There is yet to be anything about this system I don't like.

Get on board with Humanforce - it's a phenomenal way to understand, and manage, your labour and business

**What do you like best about Humanforce?**

intelliHR has excellent analytics and is a user-friendly site. It is relatively intuitive to use, and the support team are helpful and quick to respond. There are regular updates to the site to improve the functionality and features of the system. If there is any downtime on the system (which is rare), this is resolved promptly.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

I think the forms could be a bit easier to create, for example, being able to type straight into questions and drag and drop. If making a long form, it can be time-consuming to create the forms from a 'system admin' point of view. It would also be good to assign forms to a person or position rather than only a supervisor.

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are enjoying the detailed analytics and being able to identify trends in employee happiness and feedback. It is useful for onboarding and completing forms as well as keeping track of compliance requirements.

We really enjoy the forms feature - we are able to incorporate all of our previous business rhythms in one streamlined place.

There are few things that can not be customised and don't work super well for our business

The system is straightforward to use and has been easy to integrate into our performance review system. Also, every person I've interacted within the company has not only been extremely helpful they're also so friendly and kind. They've made it feel like they're an extension of my team.

I haven't been using the system for very long but so far the only thing I dislike is when I set-up a new monthly pulse I cannot push it live until the next day.

We're using this to replace our paper performance review system. I'm anticipating that the system will streamline the review process and will open a dialogue for more frequent communications/a feedback loop between managers and employees.

**What do you like best about Humanforce?**

LiveHire is not just an ATS that allows you to easily recruit external and internal talent (permanent & contractor) in a traditional reactive way. LiveHire also has a focus and some unique market leading features, to allow an employer to "proactively" recruit via talent pools and a unique two way candidate communication platform.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

There aren't many downsides to be honest, other than a few product features that are still in development but not far away (eg automated interview scheduling etc). But let's be honest, what other tech does that in a really effective way? I've found automated tools to still be clunky and teams doing manual workarounds.

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LiveHire is a high performing candidate experience platform as well as a promoter of our employment brand. So far we are seeing genuine results in improving our diversity, reducing time to fill positions, hiring better quality talent, and reducing direct costs of traditional recruitment.

The cost to have IntelliHR facilitate the creation of workflows in the business was high, so we did these ourselves.

Immediate identification of any issues, challenges team members are facing, allowing for quick resolution of issues. 
Sharing of the companies strategic objectives and initiatives via goal-setting cascading down to team members.

The app is very user friendly and keeps all the information I require from locations booked in  from site to site also logging in and out  and feedback all on one platform while signing out .

When I have no coverage ,or there is an update , updates can take a while.

We are currently going through our implementation process, and creating new processes, and the intelli support has been fantastic.  We are revamping all of our performance processes so its a bit of a mission but Alex (our intelli chap)  has been very helpful and always there when needed.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

There are a few things we are discovering along the way, but a lot are already in the pipeline as "things to add or fix".

We wanted all HR docs in the same place and to have formal acknowledgement of people reading and accepting policies etc.    This is all able to be done in intelli.  Its also given us so much more structure and transparency around our monthly check-ins and performance process, and its added good discipline around those processes.

**What do you like best about Humanforce?**

The IntelliHR Team took the time to understand our requirements and processors, so the final product was brilliant for staff and managers to use immediately in their daily operations. It is easy to use, intuitive, and has automated our entire onboarding, HR, compliance, and management of staff.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

to date we have not experienced any glitches but we have provided customer feedback and IntelliHR has always been responsive to our suggestions and improves or adds features regularly.

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We operate across 10 different office locations so having consistency in our management of people has been a considerable improvement. We have also improved our compliance and onboarding systems. Many processors that existed manually are now electronic or automated. It saves us time and gives us better capacity to manage our teams and programs.

**What do you like best about Humanforce?**

The support is fantastic! We are in the design phase of IntelliHR and after reviewing many different HRIS platforms we couldn't be happier with our decision. Our account manager and extended team have been amazing in holding our hand throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to going live and using this intuitive and easy to use platform across the business.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

It takes a little bit of time to get set up but I can understand it is necessary to get everything right.

**Recommendations to others considering Humanforce:**

IntelliHR is worth a look if you looking for a platform that manages the employee lifecycle from onboarding, performance, feedback, training, development, compliance to name a few. We have been impressed with the level of care and support provided and we are looking forward to rolling it out to the business.

Simple clear dashboards, customisable features/functions by user role/type and indviduals. Great support from Nate. User friendly interfaces for end-users.

Looking forward to the 360 capability coming onstream

Online (paperless reviews); forms and data capture; ability to track trends over time; keep all HR data in one place; surveys etc have all helped streamline processes and more coming in this space to save time but also importantly still get the job done well.

Being able to view my week in advance and having easy access to important contacts in times of need. It is extremely helpful to have all payslips in order by date in its own area.

I haven't yet experienced a downside to the Humanforce app.

I can see anything I need all in the one place rather than going through various emails and employee portal websites. The ease of having all times, availabilities and unavailablities shown at any one time.

**What do you like best about Humanforce?**

Having all the HR information on one platform allows me to access information very quickly.  The analytics are an incredibly powerful tool, which I am using considerably more than what I anticipated.  IntelliHR has provided the functionality so we can promote our company goals and cascade these down to individuals, so they understand exactly how their contribution helps the company achieve its overall goals.  I have created a number of forms for quick surveys, particularly useful during the lockdown period, but great for insights on employee wellbeing and engagement.  Recently I have been undergoing a performance management process for an employee and the functionality around this is very, very good.  I didn't appreciate this until I was going through the process.  The automation with workflows has made our induction and offboarding very easy and gives the reassurance that nothing has been missed.

The customer service is outstanding and I can't speak highly enough of this.  IntelliHR really listen to their clients and are constantly improving the functionality as a result of feedback.  I don't think I have ever experienced such great after sale service with any software I have used in the past.

The user interface is very clear and simple to use.  This was a big reason why I went with IntelliHR.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

Not a lot really.  The product does most things I want.  The only functionality I would like to have, but IntelliHR doesn't have is around the recruitment process, particularly using templated employment agreements.  I knew this when we took IntelliHR on - it was just a compromise I had to make.

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cascading goals is a biggie, so employees can see how their goals link to the company goals.  Ability to get regular feedback from our employees is incredibly useful.  Then using the analytics from this feedback makes identifying issues really easy.  I have to complete a lot of surveys around remuneration, diversity and turnover and the information is just there at the click of a button.  Has saved me many hours of work.  Just having all the HR information in one space saves a massive amount of time.

The best feature of Humanforce is that it is convenient. We can logged in at work easily as lonh as you are within the perimeter area. 
It also promotes "distancing" because we use our own mobile phone thus avoiding the usual finger scanner which is prone to bacteria or virus spread.

Its lagging sometimes. Taking time to log in even if the app has been updated.

Diary notes, goal tracking, ability to get peer feedback and have everything tie into a performance report is so great!

a feature that can be added is an application for mobile devices, it is very difficult to review from the web and uncomfortable, it does not affect the system but it does use and ease.
