Intelli-HR has assisted in creating efficiencies in the onboarding process of staff especially when our company didn't have a HR manager appointed.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

It is more so a user error issue rather than the program itself as the program is only as good as the users behind it

**Recommendations to others considering Humanforce:**

Perfect one-stop HR platform, very versatile and can accommodate any type of business

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better communication between staff and management as it is a great platform, having staff on different job sites and not in the office allowed is to maintain those relationships with better communication whilst using the platform.

Candidate matches for open roles! It is a great way of finding candidates from our community that we may not otherwise have sourced.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

The lack of integration (so far) in to platforms such as LinkedIn and Seek Talent Search.

**Recommendations to others considering Humanforce:**

Try and get as many Hiring Managers involved in the Livehire training as possible. It is very user friendly but there aren't any interractive training modules that can be shared with managers other than a presentation / PDF.

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruiting in a candidate short market. It is a very user friendly system.

Some times glitches, recently repetitive messages, one candidate message duplicated 80 times.

Quicker and easier interaction with Candidates, very user friendly to use.

We pride ourselves on our rapid responses to any technical challenges and are happy to report that this issue was identified and resolved on the same day, with communication out to candidates and clients shortly thereafter to apologise for the mishap and alleviate any concerns. We have rigorously reviewed our processes to ensure this doesn't happen in the future and believe it is important to continuously improve and evolve the platform to deliver the best possible user experience.

**What do you like best about Humanforce?**

The LiveHire tool is very user-friendly both from a recruiter/curator perspective and a candidate perspective. The integration with job boards, coupled with the communication features (i.e. SMS text), has contributed to us growing our talent community from 0 to over 17,000 in less than 6 months.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

It is evident a lot of thought and effort went into the design of this platform. Thus far, our experience with LiveHire has been very positive.

Quicker recruiter/candidate connections from the point of an application being submitted, better response times, increase in hires.

**What do you like best about Humanforce?**

The platform is intuitive/user-friendly.  Our employees are all virtual, so having a platform where both the employee and their manager can share ongoing feedback and track goals is a much needed feature for us.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

It would have been nice to have a training we could have rolled out to our employees.  While our implementation team customized one for us, it seemed like we were making a one-off request.  I would suggest putting together packaged training videos that can be rolled out to employees at implementation (whether the entire system implementation or for each of the "pieces" of platform.

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were able to implement annual performance reviews quickly and easily.  Employees were far more compliant using the IntelliHR platform than I have experienced in my past.  We love the ability to add goals and track progress from the employee and the manager side.  We are also now utilizing the employee recognition and feedback features (automating a very manual process for us).

- Customisation of the platform to suit your organisation - being able to streamline check in process, onboarding, offboarding etc.  
- Highly responsive and supportive customer service available from inception through to quarterly checkin management.
- Analytics.

- Regular updates of interface of platform
- Process for amending task workflows after being issued

With that though, Intelli are great with taking on feedback and are always working towards improving the platform.

A great platform for all things HR and the customer support received is fantastic.  Always willing to help and improve the platform to cater to our requirements.

What I love about Livehire is how easy adding applicants and creating talent pools are for future jobs!

It would be nice to change the view of how we see all of our applicants. Having columns of all the people who are in interview and phone screening stage on one page instead of having to click onto the next tab.

The entire process has been great. Working with Gagan has been awesome. She has been so helpful through the process and has really made the implementation process fun.

There hasn't been anything that I have encountered that is missing. IntelliHR does everything I need it to and more.

**What do you like best about Humanforce?**

We have been using the software for a few years now. The software is very user-friendly, allows you to put organizational charts and employees at their correct level. It will enable you to do performance reviews, leave notes, set goals, and remind you to update those goals.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

There is nothing that I dislike about the software. One thing I would love to see is how my team is going overall as a group with their goals rather than having to click in on each profile and updating their targets / goals.

HR problems such as performance review, setting team goals, restructure, organisation chart. The software has helped us scale alot as managers as it allows us to keep good records and add value to our team.

The ability to assign different job orders to different recruiters. Also, I like the talent community aspect as well. It is user-friendly for all parties involved.

It tends to freeze a lot. Especially if you have multiple windows open.

**What do you like best about Humanforce?**

The one that I like best with intelliHR would be its interface and it keeps you on track with your goals personally and also within the company. It also provides survey and reports option that is really cool to deal with making it more paperless and also organized.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

Something that I dislike would be I wish there are more features like checking the payroll of the employee and also providing leave options. One can also connect this with Trainual so that there are handbooks that go hand in hand with some of the attributes of the tool.

Keep in mind to store HR-related documents and also don't hesitate to reach out to the office whenever you need something :)

Going paperless and also tracking progress! It is really beneficial that I am now able to answer surveys and keep track of my goal in using this tool. It also provides statistics which is so awesome. It also helps you provide documents that the company needs making it save time by not traveling anymore to the office.

I love how user-friendly IntelliHR is for all staff members across the board. Anyone can log in and navigate to their dashboard or the platform and access our company information with ease and make the HR aspect streamlined.
My experience with Calvin & Celina has been nothing short but amazing. They are both helpful, resourceful and able to put you at ease when it comes to setting up IntelliHR.

IntelliHR implementation team and ongoing customer support has been one of the best experiences. They listen to our needs and work hard to find solutions.

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

Nothing to dislike about IntelliHR. It will be great when there is more integration ability with other products, which is always being worked on.

We have been able to significantly reduce the need for manual and time intensive administrative duties by creating easy workflows and automated pulse surveys. We are looking forward to building on the performance management module and training and skills.

intelliHR is really easy to navigate, find information about past, current and future staff and see how their journey through the business has developed.  An essential tool to "see" the people of the business.

The downside is that other operational systems don't compare.  It would be great to have access to the same type of information and layout for our tools, vehicles and equipment.

Clarity and oversight of our people and their journey with us.  Really informative about the relationships with their managers and the potential in our training.

I definitely like the flexibility of use with intelliHR, we use it to send weekly happiness reports and monthly check in's. This helps us track how the team is feeling in terms of their roles etc.

Nothing that I can think of, it's so simple it doesn't really have anything negative to comment on.

Definitely worth looking into to send surveys to staff to ensure their happiness. Flexible for use for all sorts of HR tasks.

We're solving team morale issues and using this as a great way to get feedback from staff in the office. This is also great to use when doing annual reviews.

I like best that I am able to apply filters to finds roles as well as to candidates for a certain to narrow down the best choice for the job. It can be very helpful when there are numerous candidates for a role.

It isn't overly complicated to use and has a lot of fun features.  I love that nearly everything can be customized, and it covers a wide range of our org needs.  Also love how responsive and helpful our Customer Success and Implementation leads were in building this process!

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

The only thing I've come across is that I wish we could export our org chart to send to donors and affiliates, but I'm told this feature is coming!

It's our first HRIS so we are able to have an accessible org chart, performance management structure, feedback structure, and people analytics.

The ease of use of the platform, not just from an end-user perspective, but for system administrators. An easily customisable product, from templates to permission settings, we can really set it up exactly how we want it. The open API with our talent acquisition and payroll solutions is great. The analytics are amazing, very intuitive and easy to run reports, with live data

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

There haven't been any aspects of the system that we dislike.

**Recommendations to others considering Humanforce:**

I can't recommend them highly enough. Not only the product itself, but the entire team. From the sales process to implementation and support, we couldn't ask for better. Response times are fantastic, the implementation went so smoothly and the entire team bent over backwards to make sure everything went seamlessly. They really made us look good! From day one, everything that was promised was delivered. Our implementation specialist really got to know our business so well, she was able to predict our needs and also provide excellent solutions to the organisational issues we were trying to resolve

Having a one-stop-shop for all people-related activities. Removing administration throughout the employee lifecycle. Freeing up People & Culture resources to do more value-add work. Improving employee engagement and the performance review system. Live and accurate reporting and analytics

integrations with outlook calendars/tagging other users to update them without having to leave Livehire would also be a big improvement
cannot create pre-screening questionairres as an admin - needs to go through Livehire directly (although turnaround time is quite quick)

Faster end-to-end hiring. Easier comms between candidates. Price when we initially negotiated was very competitive. Better candidate experience. Better visibility of candidate journey.

I love the platform which takes all the thinking out of the day to day HR planning, leaving me time to do what I need to do.

So far my experience with Intelli has been nothing but positive!  We are waiting for Xero to get their act into gear so that we can connect to it via Intelli! That would make life so much easier.  Other than that we have found Intelli to be a great tool.

**Recommendations to others considering Humanforce:**

The platform is great and easy to use.  Very scalable.  The staff are super amazing and helpful - Rob has got an amazing team from Down under all the way to Canada and everywhere inbetween.  They are always on hand to help you out and answer any questions.  I really love when you have an issue a personalised video is sent through showing you how to do what you have requested.  Onboarding new staff members has been so easy and all it required was a few forms to be created beforehand however the templates were a great starting point.  You can personalise it to your company's message and make it fun!  I'm finding the Wellness Check to be a godsend because I can find out how my team are doing as are all working remotely and if there are any issues I know about them and can reach out and help.

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not problems just putting things in place to make my life easier like Performance Appraisals, Staff management.
The Wellness check has been very helpful.
A major benefit is Gagan and the team.  Gagan is an absolute star.  It is true what they say about Canadians being the friendliest nation :) She also gives great recommendations on great spots to visit along with great Gin suggestions :)
Gemma, Szandra and Celina have been very helpful and a great giggle.

Every individual I dealt with from discovery (Gabe) to sales (Daniel) to implementation (Korey) has been incredible. Not only do they have a huge amount of product knowledge but they took the time to really understand our requirements as a business and help us improve and adapt our existing processes to get the best results possible. The dedicated onboarding process is one of the best I have ever experienced and Korey is a total superstar! We have a huge gap in personal development and skills analysis - our onboarding and performance review processes were previously time-consuming and clunky stored in all sorts of areas requiring multiple peoples input but now with the workflows and pulses we have saved countless hours. Not to mention the process from the employee's point of view is now pleasant and seamless!

The ability to retain and build up staff through consistent feedback and development is immeasurable

Being the sole HR person for our business, I use Intelli all day long to look up employees for their basic information, job status, contract dates, etc. I have used other platforms before that are not as user-friendly.

I wish it were easier to set up the workflows; however, this could be my own ignorance and not reading the training material. If I do have a question our Account Manager, Nate, has been very responsive and helpful.

The system is very intuitive and easy to use. We went from a paper based annual review process to being able to track all our goals in one platform. Our licencing and qualification compliance has also improved drastically due to the ease of tracking via intelliHR. We love being able to check in with our team and establish their engagement in the business via various form designs. This allows us to maintain an accurate record of where our culture is at.

Everything is useful as you discover more uses. As we found new ways that things could be done, we worked closely with intelliHR to incorporate changes to the system to make things work for us. The system is upgraded regularly and every change makes life even easier.

**What problems is Humanforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having digital records available for every team member has reduced the amount of time we spend on administration tasks. Analytics is something that we are constantly working on, and the support is second to none. As some of our staff have WHS requirements for licencing, the qualifications capability of intelliHR ensures that our team members get adequate reminders to renew their licences way before they are due. The inbuilt security capabilities are highly customisable and allows us to ensure the right people have the right access to the right information with total confidence.

The software itself is excellent, user-intuitive. It generates insghtful reports, and has a great variety of templates so you don't have to start from scratch. 

The IntelliHR automations and workflows have been a lifesaver. It's so much easier to keep on top of HR admin now!

The customer service at IntelliHR is also excellent. From implementing IntelliHR to the continuous support and topical webinars, the IntelliHR team are fantastic to work with!

**What do you dislike about Humanforce?**

IntelliHR is constantly being developed and improved. The team listen to suggestions and act on them (e.g. when we first got IntellHR, we were unable to edit submitted forms or view work anniversaries on the intelli calendar - these features have since been added). 

I can truthfully say that so far, there's nothing I dislike. 10/10 highly recommend.

IntelliHR completely changed the way our company onboarded, offboarded, and tracked staff goals, performance, and happiness.  

Before IntelliHR, our company spent a lot of time on admin tasks - creating forms, sending forms, saving and collating information, etc. IntelliHR helped us automate these processes and, in turn, gave our HR team space and time to focus more on our staff and improving engagement.

It's also saved us a lot of time when it comes to performance management. We're now able to detect and deal with potential staff issues much sooner by using the analytic and reporting functions.

IntelliHR is an excellent HRIS system that I have ever used.  It is easy to understand and work around with.  It makes running reports a breeze.  The staff were excellent to intearact with right from its inception, installaton and now after sales support.  I have had intearactions with Paddy Mooney, David McNeill, David Berkely, Nate Cunliffe and Savannah Phillips and all have been ever so supportive.  The knowledge base is an excellent tool to refer to and easy to understand with it step-by-step guide.  I always like the Analytics page and the various reports it can generate is a matter or seconds.  The response time form the support team is commendable.  Keep it up guys.  I will definitely recommend IntelliHR to any other user looking for an excellent HRIS software.  Warm regards.  Bradley
