The HUMAN dashboard isn't as helpful as it could be, especially compared to other tools we're familiar with when it comes to traffic defense. The platform is simple to implement, easy to manage and monitor. Customization rules allow for thorough whitelisting, blacklisting, and tuning.
We have observed a very low false positive rate, but when false positives do occur, CAPTCHAs generated by HUMAN do not cause much user annoyance compared to many of the other CAPTCHAs you see.

Having an external bot mitigation solution creates a more complex ingress chain for the site, as compared to having native functionality at the CDN layer like many CDN vendors are offering nowadays.
