What they learn is equally valuable to them online in their personal lives, leading to a higher level of completion by staff. **What do you dislike about cyberconIQ Cyber Awareness Training?** The training sessions were a bit too long - it would have been nice to see them condensed a bit to make completion times faster rather than making them quite so "friendly" and talkative, which increased the length. **What problems is cyberconIQ Cyber Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cyber security training for staff is now a required component to obtain Cyber security insurance. CyberconIQ actually makes the required staff training FUN. Employees learn something about themselves that is useful both inside work and outside of it. Our staff have high praise for the training, we are seeing excellent results in resilience against threats, and the good folks at cyberconIQ are very receptive to feedback and feature requests. **What do you dislike about cyberconIQ Cyber Awareness Training?** As a platform in constant development, the focus as been on the user experience - as it should. No complaints there, but the admin capabilities of the platform leave something to be desired. We all react to situations and information differently, and the cybercon training gives users scenarios and examples they can truly connect with and understand on an individual level. This is very different from anything we have previously used. We also really like the hands-on activities used throughout the training process as well as the inclusion of game theory. It is more engaging than just video-based training and the staff at CyberConIQ have been wonderful to work with. Note that we are new to this solution and are currently working on the implementation. **What do you dislike about cyberconIQ Cyber Awareness Training?** Since we haven't launched the solution yet, we haven't seen anything yet that we dislike. **What problems is cyberconIQ Cyber Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cybersecurity awareness training is a critical component to our overall cyber strategy and posture. It arms our employees to better handle threats in their personal and professional lives with training focused on their personality type which is determined after a quick questionnaire. **What do you dislike about cyberconIQ Cyber Awareness Training?** We were early adopters of the solution so there were some kinks in integration with our HR and LMS system but those issues have been ironed out and we now have a flawless flow with excellent statistics available to administrators. **What problems is cyberconIQ Cyber Awareness Training solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are investing in our Human Firewalls to be better prepared to handle threats they are faced on a daily basis through email, messaging apps, telephone calls, and text messages. ### 6.
