**What do you like best about Human Presence?**

Human Presence is invisibly working in the background so web visitors are not distracted with Recaptcha or other I'm not a robot tests. Human Presence makes it easy to flip on form spam protection for all the major WordPress form builders including Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, WP Forms, Formidable Forms, Elementor Forms, WeForms, and more.

**What do you dislike about Human Presence?**

Occasionally can affect page speed, but typically that is not the case. Overall, we have zero complaints with using Human Presence on our client websites to protect against form spam.

**What problems is Human Presence solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are completely eliminating all form spam from bots on our WordPress Websites. It has helped my clients protect against malicious phishing attacks in form spam email notifications. As an agency, we are able to get discounted pricing to protect multiple sites so we are able to resell the software to our clients for a small profit. We are paying attention to what Human Presence is doing in the Shopify environment with checkout bot protection, and hope they bring the solution to the WooCommerce community.
