Workrig is an end-to-end People (HR) and Work management solution that allows you to fully manage your HR processes from Hiring to Exit; and additionally your Timesheets, through the Project Management module. The cycle starts with Talent Acquisition, which is integrated with Digital Onboarding, thereby allowing tasks to be allocated to resources immediately after joining with the Project Management (Timesheet) integration. The solution has a comprehensive Core HR system with Absence, Time (integrated with biometric machines, mobile apps), Shift, Expense, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance, that caters to some of the most diverse industry requirements. A full cycle Talent Management solution takes care of Hiring, Onboarding, Performance Reviews, OKRs, Succession Planning, Learning and finally exiting if that’s the case. Further, a host of People and Project Analytics allows you to not only analyze employees but also work (projects) that they undertake. In addition to the same, with Workrig’s Infinity: Resource Management, activities such as work allocation, capacity planning, resource utilization & bench management helps mid-size and large workforce intensive organizations work optimally and efficiently.
