Human is an AI-powered hiring marketplace. People are found for real skills, not filtered out by resume screens. Companies find talent through real networks and pay only when they hire. For companies (free until a hire): - Post jobs, invite your team and interview for free. - Let AI write the job description, then edit it. - Jobs go to the Human job board, your careers page on Human, Google for Jobs and free job boards in your country. - Use Talent Scout to search the Human talent pool and invite people to apply. - Move people from Applied to Hired, see a match score for every applicant, and collect team feedback. - Pay $25 for a hire you found yourself, or $500 to $4,000 by salary for a hire from Human's network. No hire, no charge. For job seekers (always free): - Ask Human: describe the job you want in your own words, and AI searches jobs and people. - Build a profile with a form or by uploading your resume. - Get $250 to $2,000 when you're hired through Human's network. It comes from the company's fee, never from you. - Refer anyone to a job and keep 70% to 80% of the bounty.
