Humaans integration was extremely fast and easy — we were fully up and running in only two weeks, thanks to our incredible implementation manager. The tool is so intuitive that we haven’t even needed to create internal documentation for how to use it — it’s that straightforward. As a global team, we finally have a platform that truly brings everyone together. Adjusting data takes seconds, and creating workflows or requests takes just minutes. Communication over Slack with the humaans team is great — quick, clear, and always followed by fast resolutions. The Humaans team listens to our feedback and actively tries to incorporate it into their product roadmap. It makes tracking sick leave and holidays seamless and gives managers and employees full visibility. Onboarding, offboarding, and milestones like anniversaries and birthdays are much easier to manage, while workflows for benefits and asset requests help streamline internal processes. Humaans really helped us centralise our employee data, give infromation access to managers that otherwise would need to come from us, and helped us automate a lot of our processes. Humaans is such a dynamic & user friendly system, it feels like there is a setting for everything! We have a variety of different contracts in our organisation and we have been able to adapt the policies to make it work.
