**What do you like best about Humaans?**

Humaans has completely elevated how we manage our HR processes. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for our team to navigate and perform tasks efficiently. The automation features are a lifesaver, offering a seamless experience that saves us time on admin and reduces manual work. We couldn't do half of our HR tasks without it, from onboarding and absence management to performance tracking. 

The team behind Humaans is also outstanding—they're responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with any questions or when we have random customisation requests. Their attention to detail and the constant updates bring in new features and improvements, it's clear the developers listen to customers to tailor the platform to best suit our needs.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Honestly nothing, any time we have issues or requests they respond straight away and are constantly improving the platform.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Humaans for our full employee lifecycle - onboarding to offboarding, gives us a secure storage space of all employee data, absence tracking, the reports feature has a daily use as well!

It is intuitive, easy to use and the functionality is really strong.  Feedback from the team so far has also been really positive.

There are a few tiny changes that would further customise the experience but this are in the roadmap.

Humaans has great automation which is saving us time and helping us spend time n what is important.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

- So simple to use
- Easy to add/customise fields
- Makes reporting easy
- The Tables function was something we never knew we needed but love!
- User-friendly for our employees to navigate, add/review absence, upload documents etc.
- Getting support is so quick and easy. Responses are clear and efficient. 
- New features and product updates are always something that adds values.
- Implementation was made easy with our account manager, Niall. Our historical data was not in the best state from the previous HRIS but Niall made it a breeze and always found a solution for us.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

- I'd like more flexibility to choose all the fields we want displayed on the profile section, e.g. I'd move some of the fields from the employment page over, but our account manager recently showed me a workaround which was super helpful so this is only a very minor point now.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humaans makes reporting very easy, especially for our busy CFO. We've been able to do a big data review and update everything that was missing or messy from the previous HRIS. Each product update or release from Humaans adds value.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

Humaans is the new kid on the block, ready to challenge the big guys. Its way of thinking Ease of Use, UX/UI, and user-friendliness is better than any HRIS I've seen out there. That means that our employees don't get lost in a complex setup - everyone knows where to find everything they need, because of the intuitive build. No more boring HR setups that drag the life and motivation out of every busy worker. 
Because it is a fairly new system and a fairly new company, they are constantly shooting out new features that are modern, automation-friendly, and futureproof.

The team at Humaans we've been working with has been amazing.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Some important features are not Live yet - but we've been promised they are working on it, and that it's coming. 
We knew, signing on to Humaans, that it wasn't the HRIS with the most features, but as a startup ourselves, we were ready to embark on the growth journey along with Humaans, and we have trust in their development.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being a startup, we came from spreadsheets and manual lists. We have saved an enormous amount of hours finding the right employee information, tracking HR workflows, and handling employment data.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

I highly recommend Humaans to any company looking to streamline their People Ops processes. Its user-friendly interface makes it very easy for employees to navigate, book time off, upload documents, and more, without unnecessary complexity. We also love the integration with Slack that inform on birthdays, new starters and any team update!

The implementation process was seamless, thanks to Florencia and her patience. The customer support team at Humaans is also exceptional—always quick, polite, and efficient. Overall, working with Humaans is a pleasure and saves me a lot of time!

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Maybe more integrations for example with Remote and possibly it would be great to know cities where people work from (on temporarily basis)

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time spent on admin, centralising data and reports, much easier pre-on- and off-boarding through workflows

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

Humaans is the best HRIS I’ve ever used. The user experience is best in class: intuitive, clean, and designed with real people in mind, which was a must for us with a young workforce. It’s easy for everyone to navigate, which cuts down on training time. What sets Humaans apart for me is its strong data capabilities. They have these real-time insights and analytics that make answering questions and reporting quick and easy so I don't have to go to Power BI all the time and the Tables features it's really helpful for me and our Finance team especially when dealing with compensation reviews. The support team is outstanding and always goes the extra mile to help, a refreshing change from dealing with long ticket queues with other providers.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Honestly, nothing. Humaans is an excellent system backed by a incredibly helpful team that proactively seeks customer feedback and incorporates it into their roadmap.

Managing HR data, processes and reporting. It streamlines it all and reduces manual work and inaccurancies.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

Humaans is an excellent choice for any organization wanting to streamline their People processes. It's user-friendly, reliable, and backed by a team that truly cares about their customers. It's an essential part of our daily People operations. 

The tables function in particular has been a game-changer. It helps us quickly spot any missing data and allows for bulk updates, which is incredibly convenient.

The platform is also user-friendly, design is clean and we're always updated with the latest new features on the product.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

We're excited to see more automation, especially on more possible integrations (e.g. with Remote), and advancements in their AI capabilities. More development on Headcount and Compensation features.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralising data,  intuitive interface, simplifying onboarding through workflows, providing outstanding support and continuously improving its features.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

That it’s a HR Platform that is very intuitive but also has huge power and flexibility. So many HR products are either over simplified or powerful but hugely complex to use - Humaans is the best of both, with a focus on data & data management. The team are always open to feedback and have an exciting roadmap for scaling companies. We adopted Humaans at approximately 200 employees and today it still drives our people data as we approach 1,000 & beyond.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

As with every HRIS there are features we’d like that aren’t yet in place but nothing significant, Humaans constantly seek feedback from us on what we’re looking for and also involve us in design reviews to validate the use-cases we need as they iterate.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving us a central & secure place for employees, managers, admins and leadership to access & manage their data, and then allowing us as a people team to funnel this data into other business infrastructure & products (IT, Finance, etc). In years of using Humaans I’ve never had to train an employee on how to use the product

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

The platform is very user friendly and it has meant we are more efficient in our work as we have used the platform every day for over a year now.

The customer success team have been the amazing. Very supportive and proactive in answering any questions and providing further support when needed. I have often emailed Matt unsure of how to action something on the system and he is quick to respond with a step by step or useful information. Truly a pleasure!

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

As with any HRIS that is adjusting to the ever changing needs of the HRIS space, there are some features that could be further developed. That beig said, the team are always open to feedback, and we often see our feedback implented quickly.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time and record management 
As the platform is so easy to use, we have saved so much time in meticulous filing and tracking of everything from absence to contractual changes. The ease of pulling reports is also one I can't forget!

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

Humaans is simple to use, no-nonsense and supports all of the integrations I want from an HRIS. They don't over-complicate things or spread themselves too thinly - they make interacting with our employee data incredibly easy, whether that is getting employees to use the self service feature or making updates as an admin. Pulling data for reports, or using their insights feature is really straightforward and does everything I want it to do. For more complex things or different uses of the data, they support a number of integrations with other great tools which makes our People tech ecosystem seamless. On top of that, their customer support team has been incredibly helpful, from setup all the way to answering the smallest of questions I have from day-to-day use extremely quickly, they are a joy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

They are a newer platform, so some features you might like to see don't exist yet or are in development, although in my experience these have all been small things like certain field types or views for company events. That said, they seem to work on new features extremely quickly and are always open to feature requests.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humaans delivers a core HR system for People Data management which is really easy to use. Our team can keep their own details up to date easily, and as an admin I can quickly interact with the data, making changes or pulling reports. The "workflows" feature allows the management and automation of repetetive HR tasks which need to be completed carefully every time, without missing any steps. This feature makes it easy to engage a number of stakeholders on the delivery of projects like this - e.g. onboarding a new employee.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

It's got a great look and feel, it's really intuative so the team can self-service and access what they need, it's got great levels of customisation and It's saved me so much 'admin time'. The Humaans team are also really brilliant to work with - they're super responsive and supportive and always available to jump on a call or demo something. The roll out to the business was really smooth, the Humaans team made the implementation process really simple and supported me with all of the data migration. It's by far the best HRIS I've used.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

It would be great if it had the functionality to show part-time schedules and reflect people's working days more clearly for part timers. This is something I fed back to the Humaans team and they are working on adding this functionality.

Reporting, storing docs, managing holiday, onboarding and offboarding, ensuring HR compliance with documentation.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

The UX/UI is great, and very easy for our employees to utilize to it's capacity. The functionality has automated a lot of processes for us, particularly with onboarding, and allowed us to retire other systems that we needed to us in conjuction with our previous HRIS. It is also more capable for housing our growing number of employees.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

There are a few things "missing" if you like that would be great to see implemented, such as allowing attachments on automated emails as we currently are unable to use that function without this feature. Some other small features like that that I'm sure will be implemented in future.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we grow we needed to have all of our employees on a global scale on the same HRIS, and Humaans has solved this for us.

Humaans is the most intuitive HRIS platform I ever used!No hidden features which makes it perfect for easy and quick updates / reports within seconds!"Tables" is one of my favourite features within the platform!

There's nothing that I dislike about Humaans.However I'd like to see more available integrations and a fully AI function in the future covering customised company info but also general compliance info for the employees to self serve.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

Humaan's is an incredibly useful and instinctive central hub, that not only provides our company with the necessary HR information but also acts as a crucial source of truthful personal and business data. Humaan's pools together inputted information and becomes more intuitive the more it's used. The new AI feature contributes to this intuitiveness by answering questions based on any data it is given; massively helping my workload. AI offers a quick resolution to people's HR queries and questions. Humaan's has helped streamline our on-boarding and off-boarding systems through individualised workflows. This has helped me ensure everything runs smoothly and individual's know what the correct procedures are. One of the most useful tools in Humaan's is the 'events' and who's away' sections. This informs me of birthday's, annivesaries and holidays/days off. Humaan's has improved the HR efficiency within our company, and I would thoroughly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

I would quite like a section dedicated to who's in the office or who is WFH. We have some flexible workers and I don't always know who will be in the office.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can consult Humaan's for any HR information I need. This speeds up certain processes, e.g. on-boarding new starters, writing contracts or letter of addendums, and planning work events.

We are super impressed with Humaans, starting from the product itself, one of the best designs out there, to the functionalities and then the onboarding was very seamless. We made a mistake of trying Rippling and ended up disappointed after a few months of onboarding and on a broken system.

We did not experience any issue, and we see the team working hard to develop new features

As an HRBP having worked with various employee management & co platforms, I couldn't recommend Humaans more. Indeed, I find it very complete while being easy to use and highly intuitive. Also really appreciate the quality of service and the customer support/success team.

- The platform is new so there are some things that we would like, but we understand that this will come with time
- Have fed back about our reports and payroll concerns, but this is being addressed.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

The simplicity and straight forwardeness. I also enjoy the CS support Ricky McCormack is providing us. From the beginning when we met Josh Ash (sales) we vere impressed by the personal approach and the care and interest. We were choosing from 3 different HRIS and Josh's and Ricky's approach were one of the main factors why we decided to go with Humaans and we do not regret it.

Some features we would like to have are missing in the system, but Humaans is developing its products and moving forward within the upgrades, so we believe that those features we are missing will be launched in the future.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us with reports (company wise, financial, teams...), Time aways and Timesheet trackings, automatization of on/off boarding (Humaans can be integrated with multiple other tools which helps a lot with the automatization and effectiveness),  users can get to their data fast and easy. It is also very useful tool for new joiners - to get to know people (org. chart), team filters... and others.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

With over 15 years experience in the People / HR arena I can confidently say that Humaans is far superior to any other HRIS platform out there for a number of reasons:

Intuitive User Interface: Humaans provides a straightforward and intuitive UI, with very easy navigation and use across its various features.

Feature Set: Humaans encompasses a wide array of functionalities, supporting essential HR tasks from onboarding, time off requests, exits & reporting.

Integrations: The platform supports a large range of integrations with other tools.

Workflow Management: Humaans simplifies workflow management, offering a streamlined approach to handle HR processes efficiently.

Support and Account Management: The platform distinguishes itself with exceptional customer support, including live chat—a feature that stands out compared to other providers.

Implementation Process: The software is engineered for straightforward implementation, making the setup process manageable without extensive technical support.

Scalability: Humaans is built to accommodate growth, indicating its capability to scale alongside expanding organizations.

Future Updates: The anticipation for new updates is high, with the platform committing to continuous improvements and added functionalities.

Pre-Onboarding Functionality: Currently, Humaans lacks pre-onboarding data capture capabilities. However, this feature is included in the roadmap for future releases.

Humaans is our single source of truth for all People related considerations. We use the tool for management and reporting on key metrics. Without the platform, HR would be manual, slow and prone to errors.

I like most of it - it seems like because it's a bit less well-known than some other SIRH they have a bit less integration yet but overall happy.

It has become the source of truth for our HR data so we can confirm accuracy of reporting our HR data and creates great visuals for reporting.  It also allows for easy updates of information and automates to our other systems.

Humaans is a powerful product, with a design-first approach and an outstanding customer support team. I love that my team feels comfortable using it and it very user friendly. 

Managing time off is now a breeze. It's easy to find each employee's information. 
The onboarding workflows are great to welcome new employees.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Honestly, there is nothing bad for now, I am just impatient for them to grow faster and deliver even more exciting features! I know they have a bold vision and I can't wait to see how powerful this tool becomes.

Humaans allows me (leading the Culture & People team) to have full visibility & access to the most important details regarding my colleagues, all in one place, within a few clicks.
It also helps us manage our team's time off easily. 
The workflows allow us to create memorable onboarding experiences in only a few clicks.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

I love the fact the tool does one thing, really really well and facilitates you to integrate the rest of your stack into the platform!  We've managed to automate payroll, contract uploads, recruitment and more since launching the platform.  Saving us hundreds of operational hours year on year.

My favourite features are the workflows, we manage all our people ops through these from Preboarding through to Offboarding.  Basically, we have a workflow for everything!  It's helped us codify and simplify all of our people processes.

The reporting is intuitive and simple, and the dashboards are brilliant for monthly reporting.   Auto pay-gap reporting is a gamechanger!

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

There's a couple of wishlist items, like the flexibility to have multiple approvers for holiday but honestly the team at Humaans have been super reactive to requests we've made and helped us find solutions.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Humaans we had lots of manual processes and different tools that didn't speak to each other.  Humaans is now sitting very centrally feeding into our agency-management platform, our payroll software, our ATS, our e-sig tool... the list goes on!  It's saved us so much time through these integrations and automations.

The Tables function is impressive, and means bulk changes or updates become super simple with this feature.  Again, saving a big volume of operational time.  Love it!

They've built it with a focus on just being a source of truth for employee data that can connect to all of our other systems. There were no issues setting it up and it was up and running in less than an hour. Employees loved creating their profiles and synchroinizing their data across the company, from hire through onboarding.

Limited functionality in the US, it's definitely more geared for European companies judging by integrations.

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

Intuitive and user-friendly. Allows many reports and visual dashboards. All HR basic features are included (database, time management, reporting). The possibility to create workflows is also very helpful and easy (for instance for onboarding/offboarding). The support offered by the team is amazing (responsive, helpful, kind).

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Not that I dislike but some features will need further developments, such as the time management for part-time collaborators. The org. chart does not allow to show positions that will need to be filled  (unless we create a new profile, that we will have to pay for) or that is filled "ad interim" by an existing employee.

**What problems is Humaans solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is our main HR database so it helps us having all information about collaborators in one place. It allows generating many useful reports (ie. vacation balance, salaries).

The simplicity. It looks simple, it is simple and the functionality is super easy to learn. 

Too many HRIS try to sell all-in-one everything, for the most part they fail as they are complex, with Humaans, you ignore the not-so-important stuff and focus on what is important, whilst having lots of room for customisation.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

Maybe a bit UK focussed at times. For example, tge "people leaving" module. It's excellent for perm contracts but for people on temporary contracts that will most likely be extended; those people can't book their holidays for the future as it assumes they won't be there.

- Not dropping the ball due to reminders

Does exactly the job and HR system needs to, serving as a single source of truth for employee data, customisable, easily bulk-editable and doesn't try to be something it's not (e.g. force performance management or survey functionality in there).

Humaans themselves are an early-stage company so some basic functionality is lacking that larger competitors like HiBob have (e.g. booked holidays syncing directly to individual employees' calendars).

User friendly and the support team go above and beyond to answer questions and  provide Loom videos which are handy to refer back to. We have been signed up to Humaans for a couple of years and have been impressed how they clearly value client feedback. We have seen this by how new features have been implemented. It feels like it is constantly evolving and making improvements and able to offer more.

More integration with specific programmes within current stack could be useful e.g. Asana/Remote/Float.
A lot of the newer features are not available within the legacy plan.

Their customer service is really good! I can reach out to our relationship manager and success manager very easily and I always get a quick response from them.

The functionality of the system is quite basic, which is okay if you're a small company but as companies grow in size they need more capabilities from their systems so it might not be the most suitable for medium/large companies.

Keep listening to your users but don't stray from your core as an HRIS. I appreciate you aren't offering a buffet of products because that often means sloppy rollouts and poor functionality. Instead, Humaans is strictly an HRIS and does this very well.

Humaans is an HRIS, that does an excellent job in storing and displaying employee data, helping employees do tasks like see, and manage vacation days, sick days and leaves. Humaans has diverse service options, sleek user interface, and great user experience. But the support is also great.

Ricky goes above and beyond to ensure the best solution is offered to make this work. 
Excellent response time, clear instructions and positive/productive communication. 
Ricky's always open to feedback and takes them onboard.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

They're a few things that might be beneficial to us in the long run
- Managers -  visibility of specific workflows e.g. Preboarding-onboarding. So they know how their new starter is progressing with their onboarding/start dates
- Performance management system
- Admin/Owners to view profile template as someone else.
-To create report templates so we don't have to customize the fields every time. E.g, Payroll Report template, Holiday Report template etc
-Managers' ability to manage time away on behalf of their reports.

It is super user-friendly. Visibility and reporting. Integration with the applicant tracker is very helpful. Time away management is also great. Humaans is very easy to use. Support is great - Thank you Ricky for your constant support.

Everything is great. It would be great if we can customize it a bit more but we can see that the team is constantly adding great new features. Adding more filters would be great and if we could add working schedules there as we have team that have different schedules that change from time to time.

It helps us organize our HR processes better and also provides detailed reporting. Reports are just a couple of clicks away. Performance increased as we no longer use that many excel files.

We think Humaans is the perfect system for small companies that need a place to storage and keep track of employees data/documents and optimise their People processes. It gives employees structure and a very user friendly platform to use. 
We really liked the time off and who's away functionality. The insights were also very helpful.

There's no approval flows which makes it difficult to scale but I know they are working on it!

**What do you like best about Humaans?**

Humaans is fairly new to the market, meaning they're very open to feedback and new ideas, and we really feel like they're working with us to suit what we need and the use cases we have. They really go out of their way to help, in a way you don't get from the big incumbents.

Some of the things we love include:
* Beautiful UI, including data insights 
* Very user friendly and easy to use
* Great for international team, with country-specific policies
* Fantastic customer support - someone always on hand to help and answer questions
* Integrations with all the other tools we use
* Reasonable & transparent pricing.

**What do you dislike about Humaans?**

There's nothing we really dislike! Because Humaans is fairly new, it's not as feature-rich as some other platforms. For the most part this is actually a pro - they're focusing on building the most important elements well and creating seamless integrations with other best-in-class software. The team are very transparent with their roadmap, so there's lots of exciting stuff coming and they're refining the product all the time.
