So they know how their new starter is progressing with their onboarding/start dates - Performance management system - Admin/Owners to view profile template as someone else. -To create report templates so we don't have to customize the fields every time. They really go out of their way to help, in a way you don't get from the big incumbents. For the most part this is actually a pro - they're focusing on building the most important elements well and creating seamless integrations with other best-in-class software.
