The authorization attribute can use an alternate workflow and process in a more automated way. This can allow authorizations to be sent instantly from one customer to the next in a series. Some usability features. Colors are sometimes hard to see. Requests are not sortable in the ways you would think. If you want a specific order for requests, you have to enter them in a specific fashion. If you do not use Huddle frequently it can be hard to navigate. I work in an environment where dozens of staff members from multiple different organizations must work together to write, review, and finalize documents. We used to conduct it over email, which led to numerous issues with version control, failure to include all the right people, and questions over whose court a ball was in. I have no major complaints. There have been cases of system downtime or cases where a document update would not save, but they have been rare. We also occasionally deal with very large documents, which are more difficult to upload and manage than the standard, relatively small word documents or Excel files.
