**What do you like best about Hucu.ai?**

It simplifies communication from multiple vendors into one location for the improvemt of care for our residents.  It has allowed us to condense our forms of communications immensely to having less than 20% of our communication happening outside of HUCU.

**What do you dislike about Hucu.ai?**

The 20% of communication that takes place outside of Hucu.  I am excited for when all of our communication will be contained inside of HUCU.

We are able to streamline communication in one location for multiple businesses outside of ours are able to communicate for the needs of our patients in a platform that passess all Hippa compliant concerns.

Not a problem but getting other users from other organizations requires  communication with hucu.ai staff. But they are easy to find and very communicative

Contacting the provider is much easier. Providers available 24 hours for concerns. App available to be navigated easier with each new update.

Downloading the app to the phone. Hard to view on screen.

**What do you like best about Hucu.ai?**

Simple: There are two channels: one that is patient-facing and one that is only for office staff. It is a game changer to have backend conversations about topics and tag in the appropriate person and then they may leave when they are finished. Customer support is by far the best in the industry, with almost immediate feedback or troubleshooting. It was definitely a game-changer for us.

**What do you dislike about Hucu.ai?**

There are still bugs being worked out, like in all software and apps. Great progress has been made and Aquarian Clinic has been helping with those as an early user.

I have not had any negative experiences with this product.

It provides real time communication with SNF/LTC/ALF which typically operate with faxed communication with providers. It allows us to treat acute change of condition more quickly and prevent hospitalizations.

That it follows HIPAA guidelines and allows me to communicate with my coworkers at a moments notice. Beneficial for getting my job done easier with ease of access with coworkers

Minor bugs when a new iPhone is released, but problem is quickly fixed with the next update.

**What do you like best about Hucu.ai?**

Hucu is very user friendly, I migrated my office from another app, with over 100 employees, i was expecting so many issues from the users but there were none. Everyone was able to login and start using Hucu the same day without any issues. Anytime we have had the slightest issue the customer service was outstanding, they will go above and beyond to help you with any issues you may have. Hucu has been so much easier to use then our previous app and actually has many more useful features that truly made it a great upgrade from what we were using.

**What do you dislike about Hucu.ai?**

Using Hucu on a daily basis with over 100 employees, I have yet to find anything that I dislike about it. We have had no major issues and the customer service is amazing so I don’t see any downside to using Hucu!

**What problems is Hucu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our facility needs to communicate between all shifts of our employees 24/7, Hucu makes it very easy to do this and for people who are on different shifts it is so simple for them to catch up on things they missed or even when they are tagged in channels they can easily find what they missed after their shift, which was a problem with our previous app.

I love how organized the system is, makes it easy to keep track of all my patients. My only complaint is it moves very slowly and freezes often. If they can fix that it would be perfect.

Freezes and is very very slow. Half the time I open it I have to wait for multiple minutes before I can click on anything or it'll freeze completely and I have to shut down the app

It's allowing me to discuss patients in a safe way with admin and be able to check in and out of locations to prevent the need for extra paperwork that would need to be uploaded

I like being able to reach out directly or generally to a group and someone will have an answer or at least some type of resolution through past experiences.

At times the alerts will not pop up. Or the alerts will not disappear. So it gets get confusing to wether or not theres actually an alert at times.

By sharing "how to" videos are a tremendous help.

Hucu customer service is excellent, the staff are always helpful and have configured the app for our specific needs.  The app allows real time communication with staff and easily allows reference to previous communication in a patient centered format.

**What do you dislike about Hucu.ai?**

Lack of ability to change alert tones for message type, frequently need to re-login, ease of changing/notifying on call provider to facilities in a one step message. 
Archiving too easily accessed by non providers causing problems when pt needed again ( function should be only for admin staff)

Solved difficulties finding pt feeds/threads
Message fatigue - helping track volume of messages by providers-
Productivity increase with less needs to refer to nurses notes which often are scant

HUCU is incredibly user-friendly, accessible on every device you use and makes it easy to communicate with my therapy team in a secure platform.  Their customer service is outstanding and every feature suggestion that is made has been taken into consideration and then delivered!

I like everything about the platform and the service.   No complaints!

Only been using Hucu for four months so far, and all I can say is that this is an exceptional app and company over-all.

The app has improved so much from the time I started using it, both from Apple and Android. It is so much faster now and has very very minimal glitches.

The cx service is the best ever. Always listening to clients, ALWAYS AVAILABLE, always open to suggestions, and are improving time and time again.

There isn't really much to dislike. All our concerns we had before were all addressed and the app has greatly improved.

**Recommendations to others considering Hucu.ai:**

If you are looking for a great HIPAA compliant messaging platform, Hucu is the best choice. Not only it is a great app but the customer service is exceptional! Great job, Hucu!

The ease of use has been its best feature. Very user-friendly and easy to implement for my team.  I utilize both my desktop computer and my phone to communicate.

Nothing.  Very pleased with the product and the customer service! :)

**Recommendations to others considering Hucu.ai:**

It is a quick implementation of a very effective tool for HIPAA-compliant communication among the team.  It is not an "overbearing" app that has an annoying sound or interrupts everyday life.  It can be easily programmed to be quiet when you are "off the clock." Easy to navigate and very user-friendly once you get through the initial "new" phase of implementation.  The use of "prizes" for those who quickly embrace the change and help others, was what we did to make if fun and smooth. As administrator, I use the tools they have to see who is using it, how often, and how effectively, so we can "adjust" what we need to for the team.

More reliable and clear communication with staff in a timely manner. It is saving us time and money to utilize this limiting the number of trips being made to patient's homes for supplies, medications, needs, etc.

I like the inner connectedness that this platform provides our team. I like that this is HIPPA compliant.

**What do you dislike about Hucu.ai?**

1. The app is clunky. Meaning that the load time is slow. 
2. The notifications do not pop up on my computer or cell phone. I have no idea if there is even a new message to look at. 
3. If you compare your product to things like slack - there is no integration into any of the software platforms. 
4. Our team is not adopting this, like the program LINE we have utilized in the past, likely because it logs you out as soon as you stop typing. 
5. Other companies I have worked for utilized SLACK for IM and working on projects, the functionality of HUCU does not allow for the team to work collaboratively on projects because they get booted out so often. 
6. There are no video calls.
7. Search in the treads is difficult 
8. You cannot adjust the typeface in the thread. Bolding items, creating a hyperlink to something off the platform. 
9. The emoji's are limited 
10. The share function in my phone does not recognize HUCU as a platform to share items

**What problems is Hucu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem we are attempting to solve is to bring the team together and feel connected from multiple locations. The platform has been a restriction more than benefits realized. We previously utilized LINE and this connected us much more than the HUCU platform. The HUCU platform actually feels more restrive than an added benefit. The biggest benefit has been HIPPA compliance.

Hucu.ai sends instant notification alerts to your mobile device for all messages sent in your joined channels. Please check that you’ve allowed Hucu.ai notifications in your device settings & that you are logged into the app on your mobile device. If this issue continues, please contact Hucu.ai and we will work with you to resolve the issue ASAP. 

We are currently working to integrate with more software platforms based on our customers’ needs. Please let us know which integrations would be beneficial for you.
 
To keep all patient-related communication secure, the app has time-out security that requires users to enter their 4 digit pin/use FaceID to return to their messages after 5 minutes of inactivity. Please let us know if your experience is different and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  

Hucu.ai does offer a one-touch virtual video calling feature in the app. Once you enter your video meeting ID/link in your profile, you can share and launch virtual visits in seconds! 

You are able to bold items in a message by surrounding the words you’d like bolded with asterisks  - *example*
 
Emojis are currently available on the mobile app and are available as they are set on your device keyboard. Additionally, we have implemented 5 message reactions that are available for both the mobile & web app.

Ease of repeated logins with Face ID and pin passcode.

**What do you dislike about Hucu.ai?**

Since we wear masks often, Face ID is not operational while working. The button to close Face ID is right above the button to log out of hucu. I have accidentally logged out multiple times.

Patient privacy will be preserved and realized that solutions are at our fingertips with apps like these. I am able to send paperwork without needing to use multiple secure services.

The privacy factor is huge. My colleagues and I send information, ideas, and strategies back and forth regularly and hucu's encryption and privacy-minded coding really work to give us peace of mind while exchanging sensitive and private infromation.

The double-edged sword of privacy; not being able to glance at a notification and see what the message says.

The Hucu app is easy to use. Very organized layout. It doesn't take long to get to where I need to.

It's a great communication app that is very secure. I'm not the biggest fan of having to enter in the security code every time, though.

**What do you like best about Hucu.ai?**

The ability to add channels in Hucu allows us to keep communication about multiple patients in multiple locations organized and directed only to the appropriate staff.  The ability to take photos within the app facilitates the distribution of Protected Information quickly to the correct department and the flags allow our providers to see at a glance which patients are on the 'hot' list to be seen as a priority when they enter a facility. We have had resistance from new users until they see the benefits of Hucu. It is easy to get carried away creating channels for very specific purposes within the company so the list became very long.  We have narrowed it down to more general fields with regard to office tasks to shorten the list.

**Recommendations to others considering Hucu.ai:**

Train twice - once when starting and then once a week or two after using it or you will not remember all that you can do.  Do not allow staff to add channels so that you can maintain control of the volume for maximum efficiency.

**What problems is Hucu.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large patient load at multiple locations.  Hucu allows us to notify all providers and appropriate staff immediately of admissions, discharges, change of condition, etc. in a HIPAA compliant manner.  We communicate patient needs and updates in real-time to all.  Providers are able to easily send pictures of face sheets immediately to the office so there is no delay entry into our EMR or billing,

I love that I can communicate with my facilities and colleagues easily and in a manner that shows importance.  The flags used to show the urgency of the issue regarding a patient makes my job easier.  I know when things are routine versus urgent.

There are not really things I dislike.  The improvements of the app have really helped users navigate.

Continuity of care- meaning that in "off hours" a simple sign out in one app versus looking up emails/phone numbers of those covering is so nice.  It allows those who pick up evenings and hours know what is going on with the patient easily.
