We can only be satisfied with this partnership (which of course covers the internal needs of the Group but also allows us to offer these services to our clients) with this innovative publisher, attentive to the needs of its clients and who knows how to be responsive but also proactive in integrating new services that allow us to strengthen our cybersecurity posture. **What do you dislike about Hucency?** We have not identified any point of lesser satisfaction in the services and support of Hucency. **What problems is Hucency solving and how is that benefiting you?** Hucency allowed us to implement our cyber-risk awareness policy very quickly across the Group. ### 2. The regular and varied sending of emails at different times for each user of the information system, complemented by the "phishing alert" button present in our messaging systems, has enabled real awareness. The click rate has drastically dropped to now be 2%. **What do you dislike about Hucency?** Two areas can be improved in Hucency's solution. In pre-sales, the detailed understanding of the client's context was not sufficient, and we are having difficulties integrating the "Phishing Alert" button. Furthermore, the awareness videos could be a bit more "modern" and lively. **What problems is Hucency solving and how is that benefiting you?** By allowing the reduction of user clicks on illegitimate links, the Hucency platform helps to limit the risk of cyberattacks on the institution using phishing as an intrusion vector. ### 3. The awareness program based on learning through action has been completely adopted by our users. The results are very positive, and vigilance is now part of everyday life. The added value in this solution is the Phishing Alert button, which allows for a direct and secure relationship between the business units and IT, enabling quick response. **What do you dislike about Hucency?** There are no disadvantages to using this solution. **What problems is Hucency solving and how is that benefiting you?** These are not problems, these are tips to avoid wasting time searching in the solution. ### 4.
