"Hub staff is one of the amazing writing ang remote work platform's for work."
5/5
What do you like best about Hubstaff?

What I like best about Hubstaff is its simple and reliable time tracking system that makes managing remote teams effortless. The platform provides clear productivity insights through activity levels and detailed reports, which help me stay organized and accountable without micromanagement. I also appreciate the seamless integrations with project management tools, allowing hours to be tied directly to tasks for better transparency. Overall, Hubstaff combines ease of use with powerful reporting, making it an essential tool for both freelancers and teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hubstaff?

What I dislike most about Hubstaff is that the frequent screenshots and activity monitoring can sometimes feel intrusive, especially for creative tasks that don’t always involve constant keyboard or mouse activity. The reporting features are useful, but they can occasionally be overwhelming with too much detail, making it harder to focus on the most important insights. Additionally, the mobile app is less intuitive compared to the desktop version, which limits flexibility when working on the go. Overall, while Hubstaff is powerful, these aspects can reduce ease of use and comfort for some users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The ideal solution for managing time tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Hubstaff?

What I like best about Hubstaff is that it makes time tracking simple and organized. It helps me keep a clear record of the hours I work, the tasks I spend time on, and my overall productivity throughout the day. I also like that it gives transparency to both workers and managers, which can improve accountability and make project tracking easier. Overall, it is a practical tool for managing time and staying focused. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hubstaff?

What I dislike about Hubstaff is that it can sometimes feel too intrusive, especially when activity monitoring is very detailed. In some cases, tracking tools can create pressure and make work feel less natural, particularly for tasks that require reading, thinking, or planning rather than constant keyboard or mouse activity. I also think it can be a little rigid, since productivity is not always fully reflected by screen activity alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hubstaff?

I primarily use Hubstaff for time tracking and payroll management. It makes paying contractors so much easier with everything in one place, from hours worked to automatic payments. I love the activity monitoring feature because it gives me real visibility into how my team is spending their time, helping me spot bottlenecks and keep projects moving without micromanaging. The activity monitoring shows me screenshots and app usage in real time, so I always know if my team is focused or getting off track, providing me peace of mind without having to constantly check in. Integrating Hubstaff with QuickBooks for payroll and invoicing makes the whole billing process seamless. The setup is very simple and intuitive for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hubstaff?

The screenshot monitoring feature, while useful, can feel a little invasive to some team members. It would be great to have more customizable privacy settings so employees feel more comfortable using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Time Tracking with Minor Improvements Needed"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Hubstaff?

I love that Hubstaff lets me have separate time trackers according to projects which saves me the hassle of noting down different times for different projects. Just one click is all I need. The initial setup was pretty easy, with every step quite easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hubstaff?

I think we should have an option to modify the upper limit as per our availability. Hubstaff doesn't let me track more time if my upper limit is 50 hours a week and I go over that. I would like an option of Overtime watch, other than main projects, to keep a track of all the time worked over the base limits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
