As a remote worker, I understand the need to make sure your team is actually working. And Hubstaff is a very easy to use (literally you need to hit play and pause) and non-disruptive.

**What do you dislike about Hubstaff?**

the developers update the software quite often. It's tiresome to update the software so often. When you open Hubstaff you just want to hit play and start working, you don't want to be waisting time updating the software so often.

**What problems is Hubstaff solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work on a per-hour basis and Hubstaff allows us to see if the staff is actually working and not passing out time.

I believe Hubstaff makes everything so much more straightforward and a lot easier to track. It gives me a lot of confidence using the platform. I like how very user-friendly Hubstaff is, particularly their UX and UI. The website design is very simple and it helps me keep track of my activity very easily. I find the project management features great, and the time-tracking abilities are fantastic. It was also fairly easy to set up. I would say it was very easy, and you don't have to be extremely tech-savvy to understand how to download and set up Hubstaff.

I think that maybe the interface can be a little bit more user-friendly. I know that some of the features are very management-friendly, but in terms of the general everyday user, people that are on the other side of the project, like the taskers, or end users, I would like to see certain features accessible to them that I think Hubstaff should make available.

I don't like that the Huddl silent app is not working as well as it's supposed to, and they're charging us an additional fee for it. It's not totally accurate. There have been multiple scenarios where our team has logged in at 10 AM, but our staff shows they logged in only at 12. This creates a lot of internal drift between team members and managers.

You could be reporting on projects, and you can export that data to be shared with clients. Was pretty quick. My ops managers has created a account for me, dropped me the invite. I got the invite. Went to the email, signed up, and I was ready to go.

I find the synergy between the web app and the mobile phone app not so great. I wish there was a way to start or stop your time from either of the devices. But right now, if you use your phone, then you've gotta use your phone to stop it. And if you're using the web app, it's gotta be the same.
