"Total visibility of the pipeline and automations that optimize tracking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is the complete visibility of the pipeline and the ease of tracking opportunities. The automations and reminders help me not to miss important tasks and to optimize time. Additionally, the reports and dashboards allow for real-time performance analysis and data-driven decision-making. The integration with other tools also greatly facilitates the team's workflow. What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Some important features are limited to more expensive plans, and the initial customization can take time. Additionally, certain advanced reports are not as intuitive to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Platform, Integrated Workflow"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I really value how intuitive HubSpot Sales Hub proves to be in my daily use. Navigating the features has never given me pause, and I find the real-time tracking and reporting indispensable for running both sides of my work. The platform lets me see at a glance how a new release is selling and shows me which campaigns are effectively moving customers to buy. I also appreciate the recent updates that have considerably lifted my output. The redesigned sales workspace marks a clear step up from its predecessor, and tools such as smart deal progression and the Breeze AI agent have relieved me of much routine follow-up. The setup was very straightforward, with templates that had me up and running almost immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

If I have one reservation, it concerns the pricing, which can weigh heavily on a small operation such as ours. The cost climbs quickly as seats are added for a growing team, and for a modest business that makes it an investment to weigh carefully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot blows Salesforce out of the water (longtime user of both)"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I love how simple and easy HubSpot Sales Hub is to use. The mobile app is also really good, making it convenient for on-the-go access. Snippets and templates are really, really helpful for sending consistent emails quickly, which is perfect since I talk to about 20 prospects a day. I find the initial setup extremely easy, and the onboarding team, being actual humans, made the process great too. It's fantastic that it eliminates the need for spreadsheets, sticky notes, and Google Sheets by keeping all customer info in one single place. I'm so impressed that I rate it 11 out of 10 when recommending it to friends or colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Worst CRM on the market: overpriced, limited, and completely unsupported"
0/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Nothing at all. We initially started on a basic tier, but upgrading to a higher plan was easily the single worst decision our business ever made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The platform constantly restricts your workflow, and the softphone and power dialer features were an unmitigated mess from day one. When critical sales tools failed, HubSpot's support team was completely useles. Their employees lack basic technical knowledge and offered zero actual support.

The biggest dealbreaker was the financial trap. We signed an annual contract, but after just one month of constant friction, we stopped using the platform entirely. Even though we are stuck paying for the remaining 11 months of the contract, cutting our losses immediately was still the better monetary solution than wasting hours trying to work around a broken system where every button forces you to upgrade from Professional to Enterprise although Hubspot's salesforce promised that Professional would be sufficient. "All-in-One Client Lifecycle Management in HubSpot Sales Hub"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its ability to support the full client lifecycle in one platform. I can manage client and prospect tracking, email communication, outreach, forms, reporting, and analytics all in one place. This centralization makes it easier to stay organized, maintain visibility into pipeline activity, and efficiently manage both client relationships and sales processes. What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

One challenge I’ve experienced with HubSpot Sales Hub is the limited visibility into sequences across users, even at the enterprise level. While I can access them as an admin by logging in as another user, there isn’t an easy way for team members to view or learn from each other’s sequences. This makes it more difficult to train new users, share best practices, and replicate successful outreach strategies across the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automated Sales Ecosystem With User-Friendly Interface"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

In terms of ease of use, HubSpot has consistently maintained an intuitive UI, which makes onboarding new team members super fast compared to other CRM providers.

The integration of sales, marketing, and service tools into a single system saves time and prevents unnecessary back-and-forth when navigating from one hub to another.

Workflow automation really helps reduce the manual execution of tasks and also makes lead management easier.

They offer two seats on the free plan, which is fine for small teams and feels sufficient given the platform’s top-quality performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The options to customize features are more restricted than other CRMs such as in AWS Connect.

Small businesses may not be able to scale easily because some important features are reserved for the higher tiers.

I don't dislike support but more can be provided when compared to the top competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Sales with Top-Notch Email Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for managing our CRM and sales lead generation. It's the anchor for all our new leads, active clients, and contacts. I love how it automatically connects with our email, logging all emails. This is super helpful for tracking client correspondence in real time, knowing when clients open emails or if they haven't responded. The platform integrates easily with our existing Gmail, which I think is fantastic. Its ability to hold all client information effortlessly is crucial, especially since we deal with a wide range of clients every day. HubSpot Sales Hub helps us manage new leads and active sales in various markets. The email tracking feature is incredibly valuable, giving us real-time insights into client interactions, and that's been super helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I sometimes have a little trouble with using some of the features. I'm a bit of a tech novice, and sometimes I don't know how to use all of the features. So I feel like I'm not using Sales Hub to the full capacity that I could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use HubSpot with Reliable Data, Seamless Integrations, and Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The platform is easy to use and lets us manage all sales activity in one place, with reports that are simple to access and clear tracking for both activities and deals. This helps us actively monitor performance with reliable, up-to-date data at all times. Because the platform performs consistently, we can trust the data it pulls and continually adjust our KPIs and tracking based on real-time information.

It’s also been great to connect and integrate our existing systems, so we can enhance our processes with HubSpot without having to reinvent everything. Customer support and training have been a big help for the whole team, allowing us to work out best practices and use the platform to its full potential. That support has helped us create efficient workflows that save time and let us complete more tasks, which means we see an instant ROI through time saved and improved sales team productivity. The AI intelligence helps us enhance records and enables our sales enablement team to focus on bigger tasks while eliminating time-consuming manual processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Although HubSpot is always updating and advancing its technology and overall performance, it can occasionally be difficult to find certain services and build workflows when information in the platform has been updated or changed. The upgrades are generally useful, but because they can sometimes roll out quite quickly, it can be challenging to keep up with everything that’s changing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One, Intuitive Sales Platform with Powerful Automation and Integrations"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how it brings the entire sales process into one clean and intuitive platform. The pipeline management is extremely user-friendly, and the drag-and-drop deal stages make it easy for our team to track opportunities and stay organized without wasting time on manual updates.

One of the biggest advantages is the automation capabilities. Automated sequences, task reminders, email tracking, and workflow automation have significantly improved our response times and follow-up consistency. The email tracking and meeting scheduling tools alone save hours every week and help increase conversion rates.

HubSpot’s UI/UX is one of the strongest in the CRM industry. Everything feels modern, fast, and easy to navigate, even for new users during onboarding. The reporting dashboards provide clear visibility into sales performance, pipeline health, and team activities, which helps management make faster decisions.

Another major benefit is the integrations ecosystem. HubSpot connects smoothly with tools like Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, Slack, Zoom, and many third-party platforms, making it easy to centralize operations without complex setup processes.

The AI-powered features have also become increasingly valuable. AI email assistance, conversation insights, and predictive recommendations help improve productivity and personalize outreach more effectively.

From an ROI perspective, HubSpot Sales Hub delivers strong value because it reduces manual work, improves sales visibility, and helps teams scale processes efficiently. Their onboarding resources, knowledge base, and customer support are also excellent, especially for growing companies that need reliable guidance while scaling their sales operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

One downside of HubSpot Sales Hub is that the pricing can become expensive as your team grows or when you need access to more advanced features. Many useful automation, reporting, and customization capabilities are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may not be ideal for smaller businesses or startups with limited budgets.

Another challenge is that some advanced workflows and reporting configurations require a learning curve, especially for teams without prior CRM or automation experience. While the interface itself is very user-friendly, setting up complex automations or custom processes can take time and may require technical understanding.

The platform also has certain limitations in customization compared to more enterprise-focused CRMs, particularly for highly specialized sales operations. In some cases, deeper customization or advanced integrations may require third-party tools or custom development.

Additionally, email sending limits and contact tier pricing can increase operational costs quickly for companies running large-scale outbound campaigns. Although HubSpot performs very well overall, some larger accounts may occasionally notice slower loading times when working with very large datasets or complex dashboards. "HubSpot’s Thoughtful Data Connections, AI Features, and Easy Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I appreciate how thoughtful HubSpot is with data connections. HubSpot is also doing a great job with incorporating AI into the day-to-day and launching new features. I have worked in various CRMs and HubSpot continues to blow it out of the water. It is easy to use and customize per the user's preference. I also implemented many automations to streamline our workflows and efficiencies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I don't have many downsides. If I did, HubSpot has launched betas to address them. They seem to review their blog articles and our CSM has been attentive to running our needs up internally. I can see the cost of HubSpot can be a deterrent to some, but I feel you get what you pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
