"HubSpot Sales Hub: A Powerful CRM for Sales Automation and Growth"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is its ease of use and powerful automation features. The interface is clean and intuitive, making it simple to manage pipelines, track deals, and monitor sales activities. It integrates seamlessly with email, marketing, support, and other business tools, providing a centralized view of customer interactions. The platform is reliable, scalable, and performs well as businesses grow. HubSpot Sales Hub also delivers strong ROI through features such as email tracking, sequences, workflow automation, and reporting, helping teams save time, improve productivity, and increase efficiency. The onboarding process is straightforward, supported by helpful training resources, comprehensive documentation, and responsive customer support. I also appreciate the AI-powered capabilities, including content generation, conversation summaries, and sales insights, which help teams work more efficiently and make better-informed decisions. Overall, HubSpot Sales Hub is a user-friendly, well-integrated platform that streamlines sales processes and helps teams achieve better results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

While HubSpot Sales Hub is a strong platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The user interface is generally intuitive, but some advanced features and settings can be challenging to navigate, particularly when managing complex workflows, custom properties, or detailed reporting. Although HubSpot offers a wide range of integrations, some advanced integrations and customizations require additional tools, technical expertise, or higher-tier plans to fully utilize. Performance is typically reliable, but large datasets and complex reports can occasionally experience slower load times. One of the biggest drawbacks is pricing, as costs can increase significantly when adding users, advanced automation, reporting capabilities, and premium features, which may be a concern for growing businesses. Support and onboarding resources are helpful, but access to faster or more specialized assistance often depends on the subscription level, and advanced implementations may require additional training or consulting. The AI features are promising and continue to evolve, but AI-generated content and recommendations still require human review to ensure accuracy and relevance. Overall, the main challenges with HubSpot Sales Hub are its rising costs as organizations scale, feature limitations tied to subscription tiers, and the learning curve associated with more advanced functionality. "Efficient CRM for Streamlined Sales and Better Pipeline Visibility"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

HubSpot delivers a smooth and highly organized sales experience that many teams appreciate for its simplicity, automation, and visibility into the pipeline. What makes it unique is how naturally it connects sales, marketing, and customer interactions in one place, helping teams stay aligned without juggling multiple tools. Users especially like the clean interface, email tracking, workflow automation, and quick onboarding for new reps. However, many growing businesses mention that advanced reporting, customization, and premium features become expensive over time, and some enterprise users feel complex workflows still require external tools or integrations. Overall, HubSpot stands out as a modern CRM that balances usability with powerful sales enablement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful, simple, easy, strategic, though still limiting in certain cases."
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it makes it to manage the full sales workflow in one place. The pipeline view gives a clear overview of deal stages, tasks, and next steps, while sequences, templates, and automated follow-ups save a lot of manual work each week. I also find the AI features useful for speeding up smaller tasks, such as summarizing activity, drafting emails, and getting quicker context before following up with a prospect. An unexpected benefit is how much easier it becomes to keep sales data clean and visible across the team, which helps with both daily prioritization and reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some advanced workflows, reporting views, and CRM customization options can become difficult to manage as the sales process becomes more complex. The core UI is easy to use, but deeper configuration often requires trial and error, especially when building automation or trying to structure data in a very specific way. I also think the AI features are useful, but they can still feel a bit generic and sometimes need heavy editing before they are ready to use. Better guidance inside the platform and more flexible customization options would make the tool stronger for scaling sales teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saving Navigation, Flexible Dashboards, and Seamless Prospecting"
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Navigation saves me time and makes the platform easier to use. I love how we can quickly flex our reports and dashboards as we need them. Sequences are easy to create, clone, and adjust, which helps keep me in front of my clients automatically. The AI assistance is there when I need a second opinion, and Customer Support is helpful and quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Of all the CRMs I’ve used for sales—Goldmine, ACT, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics—this has been the easiest to work with, while still delivering the most robust performance. It saves me time and lets me focus on talking with prospects, while the technology warms up my leads in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Getting organized is HubSpot "
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I wasn't terribly fond of the changes that HubSpot had made about a year ago, based on a pop-up window that kept coming into play and I was not able to turn it off at the time. The new HubSpot is much more improved and on point although I do notice a lag still with the assessment forms dropping into HubSpot still (and yes I am a cookie cleaner upper) Some of the new features I absolutely love is the pinned note that is highlighted in the folio, this stands out so well nobody can miss the most important thing on the page. The organization is still epic and keeps us right on point for the employees that use it. It has made it so I can work from home 3 days a week and still be right on point with our clientele. What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Still need to improve the drop time for the assessments, it still lags to the point that I will add on another because I think I dropped the ball and missed the submit button. I would still love and option of a side by side pinned note. Also recently noticed that I cannot hit enter to clear space to add an address to the "Deal Description" This feature used to allow me to enter an address simply rather then have to select a spot and then spacebar through to make sure things are not jumbled. "HubSpot Sales Hub Makes Sales Activity Easy to Manage in One Place"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how easy it makes it to manage my sales activity in one place. It helps me track emails, calls, tasks, deals, and follow-ups without having to jump between multiple systems. The CRM is user-friendly, the automation saves time, and the visibility into pipeline activity makes it easier to stay organized and focused on the right opportunities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The only thing I would say is that the mobile app could always be a little better, but I think that is true with most CRM and sales tools. The desktop experience is strong, but on mobile some tasks can feel a little less smooth or take a few extra clicks. Overall, it still works well and HubSpot Sales Hub is a very useful tool for managing sales activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Elevates Client Relationship Management Effortlessly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I find HubSpot Sales Hub invaluable for organizing my client relationships and workload. I love how predictive lead scoring directs me to the inquiries that are most important, especially during busy times. The automated call summaries are fantastic; they help me keep track of what each buyer wants without getting lost in my notes. Forecasting is another feature that I appreciate because it gives me a clear view of which deals are closest to closing. The easy integration with Google Workspace and WhatsApp streamlines communication and keeps everything connected. Additionally, the platform is user-friendly and its automation features make my life much easier. Overall, it just fits naturally into the way I work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The platform earns its keep on ease of use and automation. Even so, it would come into its own with richer analytics and with its advanced tools priced within closer reach, since a few of the reports I rely on tend to sit behind the higher tiers. I would welcome more granular reporting on which lead sources actually convert into completed sales, so I could see at a glance whether a given advertising channel is worth the spend, and I would appreciate the more advanced dashboards being included in the mid-level plans rather than reserved for the top tiers, since smaller teams could then benefit from the deeper insights without stretching the budget. "Intuitive Dashboards and Workflows That Streamline Team Performance"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Everything is clearly labelled and easy to navigate. I can quickly find deals, leads, and other key items, and as a manager I’m able to check workloads and volumes. The dashboards also make it easy to understand trends at a glance. I’ve been able to streamline processes by using workflows to integrate AI tools such as Claude, which has helped improve the team’s performance. Getting everything set up was quick and straightforward with the help of Hubspot and their integration partner, and overall it feels like very good value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The menu (although clear) is rather cluttered with features that we do not use though I understand this is being worked on (from my experience using the feedback forum). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive All-in-One Sales Hub, But Advanced Features Can Get Pricey"
3.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is, even for teams that are new to CRM tools. The email tracking, meeting scheduling, pipeline management, and automation features are all integrated into one place, which makes managing sales activities much more efficient. I also appreciate the seamless integration with other HubSpot tools, allowing marketing and sales teams to stay aligned. The reporting dashboards provide clear visibility into team performance and deal progress, helping improve decision-making and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

One thing I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of the more advanced features and automation capabilities are locked behind higher-tier pricing plans, which can become expensive for growing businesses. The customization options for reports and workflows can also feel somewhat limited compared to more enterprise-focused CRM platforms. Additionally, while the interface is generally easy to use, certain features can take time to fully understand due to the large number of tools available within the platform.
