"Intuitive Interface and Flexible Data Management"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The interface is intuitive, so it's easy to know where everything is without much hunting around. That also makes it simple to teach new starters how to use it, since they pick it up quickly. Importing and updating data across contacts, companies, and deals is straightforward, and we can add or remove properties ourselves as our needs change, without needing to loop in an implementation partner. What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Nothing. It would be nice to have unlimited AI credits, but I get why that's not possible! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot Sales Hub: Intuitive CRM That Streamlines Selling for Growing Teams"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

HubSpot Sales Hub makes sales management feel painless thanks to an extraordinarily intuitive, easy-to-adopt interface. Its powerful automated sequences and built-in calendar scheduling cut down on tedious admin work, so reps can spend more time selling. With native cross-department alignment, sales teams gain clear visibility into each customer’s full journey. Overall, it feels like an ideal CRM for growing teams that want robust pipeline tools without the complexity of an enterprise system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

HubSpot Sales Hub gets expensive quickly as team seat costs scale up on higher tiers. The reporting and customization options are noticeably less granular than enterprise rivals like Salesforce. Advanced automation and core features are locked behind high-tier subscriptions like Professional or Enterprise. Additionally, its contacts-based pricing structure can lead to unexpected bills as your database grows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Highly Customizable, and Complete—Covers Everything I Need"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

User-friendly and easy to personalize, with deal properties that help me track specific areas for my clients. I also really like the dashboard option, where I can compare data and display it in a graphic with easily traceable information. Overall, it’s a very complete tool that covers everything I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The main package includes only a few sales seats, and each additional seat is expensive. I think offering discounted pricing at certain seat quantities would be a strong selling point and would encourage people to purchase more seats when they need them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customisable, but Easy to Underutilise Without Training"
4.5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is the flexibility it gives us to build the system around how our sales team actually works.

We used the private app feature to connect our company website to HubSpot, so online enquiries are automatically created as contacts and assigned to sales representatives via round-robin. This reduces the risk of leads being missed or followed up late, because every enquiry has a clear owner from the start.

I’ve also used the API to strengthen our duplicate-management process. When a new contact or lead comes in from an online source, the system checks the existing database within seconds which is over 50,000 contacts which is quite fast. Clear duplicates can be merged automatically, while more complex cases are routed into review tasks. This saves time, cuts down on manual effort, and helps prevent two salespeople from following up with the same customer.

We also connected 3CX to HubSpot through a private app, which allows sales calls to be recorded and linked to the correct contact record. As a result, the team has a clearer history of customer conversations and can rely less on manual notes.

Overall, HubSpot has helped us improve lead assignment, follow-up, data quality, and accountability. The private apps and API are especially valuable because they let us automate routine work and solve real operational problems in a way that fits our process. What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

One area where I think HubSpot Sales Hub could improve is its dashboards. They work well for standard reporting, but they aren’t as interactive or flexible as Power BI dashboards, especially when users want to drill into the data and explore it in more detail.

The marketing contact limits can also be challenging, because going over the allocated number leads to additional costs. That makes it important to manage contacts carefully, particularly for businesses with a large database.

Another issue is that HubSpot includes many useful features that aren’t always easy to discover. We sometimes only learn about certain tools or capabilities much later, even though they could have helped us earlier. Clearer guidance on what features are included in each subscription, along with practical examples of how to use them, would make a big difference.

The initial setup also took a lot of time and effort. It took us about a year to backfill historical data, and another six months to train the sales team to use the CRM properly. With staff turnover, new employees also need regular training, which adds to the ongoing workload.

Overall, HubSpot has a lot of features and settings that users need to understand before they can fully benefit from the system. Without proper training and continued support, it’s easy for a company to underutilise the CRM and miss out on features it’s already paying for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent CRM for sales teams"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it centralizes the entire sales process in one place. It makes it easier to track opportunities, manage contacts, and automate repetitive tasks, allowing the sales team to be more organized and productive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

I would like some advanced features to be more accessible in the basic plans and for the customization of certain reports and automations to be simpler. Initially, the platform can also be a bit complex for new users due to the number of tools available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A CRM That Helps Me Focus on My Clients"
4/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it keeps all of my client information, communications, and project history in one place. As a kitchen cabinet designer, my projects often involve multiple consultations, design revisions, quotes, and long decision timelines, so having everything organized in a single platform helps me stay on top of every opportunity.

I also appreciate how well HubSpot integrates with other tools we use, making it easier to keep information connected without constantly switching between applications. The platform performs reliably, even as my pipeline grows, and the reporting gives me valuable insight into where projects stand and how my sales process is performing.

The AI features are becoming increasingly useful for drafting emails, summarizing conversations, and helping me work more efficiently. HubSpot also offers excellent customer support and educational resources whenever I need assistance or want to learn about new features. Finally, I feel the value I get from the platform justifies the investment, especially considering how much time it saves and how much it improves client follow-up and organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

One area where HubSpot Sales Hub could improve is pricing as additional features are added. Some of the more advanced tools are only available in higher-tier plans, which can make it difficult for smaller businesses to justify upgrading.

I would also like to see deeper integrations with more industry-specific software, along with additional customization options for managing complex project-based sales processes like kitchen design. While the AI features are promising, I think they still have room to become more tailored and proactive for industry-specific workflows.

Finally, because HubSpot offers so many features, there can be a learning curve for new users. Simplifying some workflows and making advanced functionality easier to discover would help teams get even more value from the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"HubSpot: One Place to Run Business Development Across Service Lines"
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

HubSpot keeps everything in one place — contact records, pipelines, and outreach all organized by product line. Breeze AI has been a game changer for building lead lists fast. The ability to manage a whole team's activity, track where every prospect stands, and upload bulk contacts saves me hours every week. It's the backbone of how I run business development across multiple service lines. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

Breeze AI can lag — sometimes it freezes the page I'm on until the response loads, and occasionally it won't insert generated content into my records properly. I'd also love the ability to have two HubSpot tabs open simultaneously with Breeze running independently in each. For someone who moves fast and inputs a lot of information quickly, the response speed needs to catch up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlining My Sales Process in One Platform."
5/5
What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?

The best feature of Hubspot is being one platform of all sales process like I can track email, track my pipeline, scheduling meeting and having reporting tool. it helps me building better relationship with my clients and stay organized.

even the interface is also very user-friendly I could easily manage my leads and it helps me gain productivity. so basically everything at one place Lead management, Reporting, Ease of use, Sales productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?

HubSpot is a solid platform overall and is fairly easy to navigate, but one thing I find challenging is that some of the more powerful features are only available in the higher-priced plans. As a company grows, the costs can add up quickly. I've also noticed that certain reporting and customization options don't always offer the level of flexibility that larger or more specialized sales platforms provide.
