## About HubSpot Sales Hub
Sales Hub combines sales engagement tools, AI-powered productivity features, and workflow automation into a unified platform designed to help growing teams close deals faster. Core Value Proposition: Sales Hub addresses common sales challenges: inefficient manual processes that slow deal velocity, fragmented customer information creating incomplete context, and complex software requiring extensive training and ongoing administration. Built on the HubSpot Smart CRM, Sales Hub connects customer data and sales tools in a single unified system. Key Capabilities Sales Engagement Tools: Sales Hub provides email tracking, meeting scheduling, document sharing, and communication templates that streamline prospect interactions and eliminate administrative friction in the sales process. AI-Powered Productivity: The platform includes AI features that automate repetitive tasks, suggest next actions based on deal context, and surface relevant customer insights, helping representatives focus on selling rather than administrative work. Unified Customer View: Because all customer data, communication history, and deal information exists within the Smart CRM, sales representatives see complete context without toggling between systems. This includes visibility into marketing interactions, service tickets, and prior sales conversations. Workflow Automation: Sales Hub automates routine sales processes, ensuring consistent execution without manual coordination. Sales Hub vs. Alternatives: Unlike legacy CRM systems functioning primarily as databases requiring extensive customization, Sales Hub includes engagement tools, automation, and AI capabilities as native features rather than add-ons requiring integration. Sales Hub's intuitive interface reduces training time for new team members compared to traditional sales platforms requiring extensive technical knowledge. Teams benefit from fast onboarding, seamless alignment through shared data visibility, and flexible scaling. **Reviewed by:** Ravi B. | Sr. Business Development Executive, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most is how intuitive and clean the interface is, it doesn't take a lot of time to get used to it, even if you are not super technical. As a Business Development Executive, I use it daily for tracking emails, managing deals, and the integration with Gmail makes it seamless.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I have noticed that some features, like advanced reporting or certain automation tools, are locked behind higher-tier plans. For small teams or startups, that can be a bit limiting.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest challenge it solved for me was managing leads and follow-ups without letting anything slip through the cracks. Before HubSpot, everything was spread across spreadsheet and email threads, and it was hard to keep track of where each lead stood. With Sales hub, I have full visilibility into the pipeline and can automate follow-ups at scale. Its helped me stay more organized, save time, and close more deals.

 ### 4. Intuitive Sales Hub with Powerful Pipeline Tracking, Automation, and Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rene M. | Solution Architect, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Easy to use and quick to adopt

HubSpot is one of the most intuitive sales platforms I’ve used. Sales reps can get started fast without heavy training, which boosts adoption and helps keep pipeline data accurate.

Excellent pipeline and deal tracking

The pipeline view is clean, visual, and genuinely effective. Deal stages, tasks, notes, and communication history are all easy to manage in one place, which makes it simpler to stay organized and keep deals moving forward.

Strong email + meeting workflow

Sales Hub really stands out with tools such as email templates and tracking, meeting links with calendar sync, sequences for outreach automation, and built-in logging of conversations and activities. Together, these features make it easier for sales teams to streamline follow-ups without losing personalization.

Automation + reporting are very solid

With the right tier, Sales Hub offers automation for tasks, deal stage updates, and internal routing. The reporting dashboards are also strong, making it straightforward to monitor pipeline health, rep activity, and forecasting performance.

Plays well with marketing and service

If your organization also uses HubSpot Marketing Hub or Service Hub, the connected ecosystem is a big advantage. It provides full-funnel visibility from lead → deal → customer support, which helps keep teams aligned across the customer journey.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Pricing increases quickly with advanced features

Sales Hub is very effective, but many of its most valuable capabilities—like advanced automation, forecasting, and reporting customization—are locked behind higher-tier plans. As your team grows and you need those features, the costs can ramp up quickly.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizes sales activities and pipeline tracking in one place, making it easier to stay organized. It reduces manual follow-up through sequencing and automation, so routine outreach takes less effort. Rep productivity improves thanks to templates and built-in meeting scheduling that streamline day-to-day work. It also provides clearer pipeline visibility, which helps with forecasting accuracy. Overall, its ease of use increases CRM adoption across the team.

 ### 5. All-in-One Sales Platform That Streamlines and Empowers Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sadhwi P. | International Business development executive, Manufacturing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is effective because it brings together everything a salesperson requires in a single platform. It allows you to view leads, send emails, schedule meetings, track deals, and manage follow-ups without the need for multiple tools. The interface is very user-friendly, and it saves time by automating routine tasks. This helps sales teams stay organized and ensures they don’t miss opportunities to close deals.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub can get quite costly as the team expands and you require additional features. Many of the more advanced capabilities are only available in the higher-tier plans. While it works well for straightforward sales processes, it may feel restrictive if you have very complex or highly customized workflows. Additionally, the reporting and customization options are not as robust as those found in some more comprehensive CRMs. Once you become reliant on HubSpot, transitioning away can also be challenging.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub addresses the challenge of disorganized sales processes and missed follow-ups by centralizing leads, emails, calls, meetings, and deals in a single platform. It ensures that no lead or task slips through the cracks by automating follow-ups and reminders, while also providing clear insight into the status of every deal. The platform minimizes manual data entry, helping you save time, stay organized, respond to customers more quickly, and close deals more reliably, all without the need for multiple tools or cumbersome spreadsheets.

 ### 6. User-Friendly and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roselle P. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2024

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really like that HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use. It's very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it accessible for everyone without any technical hurdles. It's easy to use without needing to understand very technical functions.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub can be improved with a training or account manager to help us keep up with updates. There are often updates, and having guidance would ensure we are definitely up to date with the new features.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub for pipeline management, email transparency, and CRM organization, which helps us keep updated without extra communication.

 ### 7. Simple CRM and sales workflow in one platform

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruben V. | Head of IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is easy to use and keeps everything in one place: deals, contacts, emails, tasks, and meeting links. The pipeline view is clear, automation saves time on follow-ups, and templates/snippets make outreach consistent across the team. Reporting is strong enough for weekly sales updates without needing extra tools, and the integration options (email, calendar, and other apps) make it fit well into our daily workflow.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some features feel locked behind higher tiers, so you quickly run into upgrade prompts when you want more advanced reporting, automation, or permissions. A few parts of the UI can be a bit busy, and it takes time to set up the right properties, pipelines, and views to match your process. Also, once you have a lot of data, keeping the CRM clean (deduping and standardizing) still needs ongoing attention.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us manage the full sales process from first contact to closed won in a structured way. We get better visibility into the pipeline, next steps, and ownership, which reduces things falling through the cracks. Automated follow-ups and meeting scheduling speed up response time. Email tracking and activity logging give context for conversations, and the reporting helps us forecast better and spot bottlenecks. Overall it saves time, improves consistency, and makes it easier to scale the sales process.

 ### 8. HubSpot Sales Hub: Sales Processes and Boosting Revenue

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Feleecia K. | Operations Associate, Automotive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really, like HubSpot Sales Hub because it puts the sales process in one place. This makes it easy for me to manage my leads and track my deals. I can stay organized. That is a big help. The HubSpot Sales Hub has a customer relationship manager and it also has tools that automate tasks. For example it can send emails for me. Remind me of tasks I need to do. It also helps me manage my pipeline. All of these tools save me time. Make sure I do not miss any opportunities. I also like that HubSpot Sales Hub shows me how my team is doing and what is going on with my customers. This means I can make decisions based on what's really happening with HubSpot Sales Hub. The integration with marketing tools means sales and marketing can work seamlessly together, improving lead quality and overall efficiency.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One thing that is not so great about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it does not have all the features that bigger teams need. Some features like automation and reporting are only available if you pay for an expensive plan. This can be a problem for teams because they do not have a lot of money to spend. The HubSpot Sales Hub system can also be a bit hard to work with if your team does sales, in a different way. It can be tough to make the pipelines and workflows fit your teams sales process. The HubSpot Sales Hub can feel a bit stiff and not very flexible. Additionally, while the platform is powerful, there’s a learning curve for new users, and initial setup can take time to ensure everything from deal stages to reporting is configured correctly.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is a tool that helps with sales processes that are all over the place and customer data that is not, in one place. It puts all the leads and deals and interactions in one spot. This means you do not have to deal with a lot of spreadsheets and emails and different tools. HubSpot Sales Hub gives you an idea of what is going on with your sales. It does tasks for you that you would normally have to do over and over. HubSpot Sales Hub also keeps track of every time you talk to someone who might become a customer. The benefit is more efficient, data-driven selling. It helps prioritize high-value leads, reduces manual work, and ensures timely follow-ups, which leads to higher conversion rates. Additionally, the integration with marketing and CRM data gives a full picture of the customer journey, allowing for more personalized outreach and better alignment between sales and marketing teams. This ultimately saves time, improves pipeline accuracy, and drives revenue growth.

 ### 9. Effortless Setup and Game-Changing Sequences with Outstanding Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marshall P. | Head of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Having used a range of sales tools, including SalesForce, I find HubSpot much easier to set up and for the sales team to manage independently. It allows them to make improvements to their outreach strategies without much difficulty. The Sequences feature has been a game changer for our business, especially since we handle large lead volumes and need to maximize efficiency.

HubSpot has also provided excellent ongoing training support, particularly when onboarding new team members.

We integrated HubSpot directly with our SalesForce account and encountered very few issues during the setup. Additionally, our wider marketing team relies on HubSpot daily for marketing outreach and to support top-of-funnel activities.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

So far, we have found it challenging to effectively utilize the AI tools for sales outreach, even though it is clear that they have improved considerably over time. Additionally, we have encountered some limitations with the integration between Salesforce and HubSpot, particularly because Salesforce handles Leads and Contacts as separate entities. While HubSpot has recently added Lead objects, they are not exactly equivalent and have only been of limited use to us so far.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales outreach at scale is made possible through automated sequences, which significantly enhance the speed at which contacts are reached. The transition of leads from marketing to sales is streamlined by activity tracking, allowing sales teams to see marketing engagement before an enquiry is made. This visibility helps boost engagement rates. Additionally, customer re-engagement is supported by workflows that use automated follow-up email cadences, further improving the effectiveness of sales outreach.

 ### 10. Easy to Use Yet Powerful—HubSpot Sales Hub Keeps Our Pipeline Organized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Honey M. | AM, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like HubSpot Sales Hub best for how **easy it is to use while still being powerful**. It keeps emails, calls, deals, and follow-ups in one place, automates a lot of the busywork, and gives clear visibility into the pipeline—so it’s easier to stay organized and close deals faster.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The main downside is that **advanced features get expensive quickly** as you scale. Some customization and reporting options can also feel limited without upgrading, and complex sales processes sometimes require workarounds or integrations rather than being fully native.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of **organizing and automating sales work**. It benefits me by **saving time, keeping everything in one place, and helping me close deals more efficiently**.

 ### 11. User-Friendly Sales Tracking with Invaluable Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashwini K.

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like HubSpot Sales Hub for its ease of use, user-friendly navigation, and the detailed insights it provides. These insights help us plan our campaigns better by understanding the optimal times for campaigns, calls, and follow-ups, which increases campaign effectiveness. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, making it a very user-friendly tool. I would rate it between 8.5 - 9.5 out of 10 and would definitely recommend it to anybody interested in an overall view of all their campaigns in one place.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One area where I would like to see improvement is getting campaign level data. HubSpot Sales Hub doesn't provide campaign-specific data at a granular level, only an overall campaign report, which makes it hard to deep dive into specific campaigns to understand what worked well and what needs improvement.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track campaigns, understand performance, focus on key contacts, and analyze call outcomes. It provides detailed insights which help us plan campaigns better, determining optimal times for calls and follow-ups, thus enhancing campaign effectiveness.

 ### 12. HubSpot Sales Hub Streamlines Prospecting with Foolproof Follow-Ups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mitali V. | Senior Associate - Client Engagement | EU + ME + India, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is that it centralizes my entire prospecting workflow in one place. As a BDR, I rely heavily on activity tracking, email sequences, and reminders, and Sales Hub makes staying on top of follow-ups almost foolproof. Automatic email logging, along with real-time notifications when a prospect opens an email or clicks a link, helps me time my outreach more effectively and improve response rates.

The combination of sequences and the task queue is especially valuable because it gives structure to my day and helps ensure no lead slips through the cracks. I also appreciate how easy it is to review a contact’s full interaction history before calling; it makes my conversations feel more personalized and less like I’m reading from a script.

Overall, it reduces time spent on manual updates and lets me focus more on meaningful conversations instead of CRM administration.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One thing I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some basic sales features feel locked behind higher-tier licenses, especially advanced reporting, more flexible sequence customization, and deeper automation. As a BDR, having clearer visibility into performance metrics and more granular activity insights would really help me optimize outreach, but that level of detail isn’t always easy to access.

Another challenge is that the task queue and notifications can get cluttered when I’m working a high volume of leads, which sometimes makes it harder to prioritize what to tackle first. And while the platform is generally user-friendly, bulk actions, ike editing multiple contacts at once or managing sequences at scale, can feel time-consuming compared to more sales-focused CRMs.

Overall, it’s a great tool, but scaling workflows for high-volume outbound would be smoother if these areas were easier to manage.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of scattered prospecting efforts and manual follow-ups by centralizing all sales activities in one platform. It keeps contact information, email conversations, call logs, tasks, and deal stages organized and easily accessible.

For me as a BDR, this benefits me by ensuring no lead slips through the cracks. The sequences and task reminders help me stay consistent with follow-ups, while email tracking and engagement notifications allow me to time my outreach more effectively. It also reduces manual data entry through automatic logging, which saves time and lets me focus more on building relationships rather than CRM admin work.

Overall, it improves productivity, visibility, and follow-up discipline — directly impacting response rates and pipeline contribution.

 ### 13. Intuitive Interface and Seamless Integration Drive Team Success

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robin v. | Vice President Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The interface is intuitive, the workflows are easy to set up, and the integrations fit smoothly into our tech stack. As Vice President Marketing, I work closely with our sales team and HubSpot makes it simple to align activities, track engagement, and keep deals moving. The visibility across pipeline, tasks, and communication is clear and helps us stay focused on the right priorities.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

There are moments where customization options feel a bit limited compared to other CRMs. Reporting can require workarounds for more advanced needs. These are not blockers, but areas that could be improved as teams scale.

HubSpot Sales Hub brings our marketing and sales activities into one place. It gives us clarity on pipeline health, helps our reps stay consistent with follow up, and makes it easier to run coordinated campaigns. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa K.

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

We use HubSpot Sales Hub to run our entire sales, marketing, and billing systems. I like the excellent functionality and solid AI integration. The AI integration supports both administrative and customer-facing activities. On the administrative side, it helps new users navigate the Hubspot UI, locate the settings they need or understand how to set up workflows like automations and can troubleshoot based on actual account settings. For customer-facing tasks, it can summarize meetings, emails, and other notes, suggest follow-up steps, and provide text suggestions for emails. We have it integrated with Google Calendar and Gmail, Hubspot Payments, Zoom, Fellow AI Notetaker, social media. We also expect to integrate with QuickBooks.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It would be really helpful to have different 'contact types' because not everything fits neatly into the CRM setup. Right now, we have to create workarounds for any contact that doesn't fit the prescribed framework, and I'm concerned this might lessen the validity of the database. Also, the granularity of the permissions is an excellent feature, but takes a while to understand what permissions are needed by which team members.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub provides transparency, visibility, workflow automations and tracking. It supports our team in sales, marketing, and billing.

It cuts down time spent going back and forth looking at data since everything is all in one spot.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

There is no commission reporting and the goals are limited. Primarily on outbound, the only option for outbound metrics is calls. We primarily email for outbound and there is no way of tracking that without creating your own properties and custom reports. It was a bit tough at the start, but they had us use an onboarding company that helped to set us up for a fee.

 ### 18. Helpful Tool For Streamlining your Sales Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris O. | Senior HubSpot implementation consultant., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2024

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot has spent a lot of time building out the sales workspace and making a home for salespeople to log into. This has helped immensely when it comes to the speed of onboarding and implementation and gives people using HubSpot the ability to stay focused in one area and lean on simplicity for clarity and the ability to scale their outreach immensely. I think that this has been an incredible investment on HubSpot's part, and I'm excited for features that they continue to roll out in this space.

Additionally, Breeze.ai has continued to improve year over year. The Breeze.ai roll-up that can look at an entire record set of fields and activities is incredibly helpful when thinking about a quick overview for a sales member wanting to understand the context. I've been impressed with how AI has continued to grow inside of HubSpot.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

More and more features are being added, which is always a good thing, but making sure that simplicity stays the main focus will be key for HubSpot continuing to improve. They have a number of AI features that are hidden behind credits, and even as someone who works in HubSpot every day, I still struggle to understand credit usage and have had a hard time justifying building out a lot of functionality that is reliant on credit features. Having a variable cost when it comes to a CRM can be a really difficult thing for a sales operations team, even if the AI credits are used in a helpful manner. It's still difficult to not know how much you're going to be paying for your CRM based on how much your team is using the AI.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps track of everything you could ever need and it is relatively easy to set up.

 ### 19. Effortless Organization and Streamlined Sales Processes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara H. | EA, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how seamlessly it keeps everything organized and connected. The visibility into deals, activities, and communication makes it easy to track progress without chasing information. I also love how intuitive the tools are—tasks, sequences, and automated reminders help ensure nothing falls through the cracks, and the integration with the rest of HubSpot keeps the entire workflow streamlined. It makes managing sales processes feel far more structured and efficient.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of the more advanced features—especially around reporting, forecasting, and workflow customization—require higher-tier plans. It can feel limiting when you want to build something more tailored without jumping to a more expensive subscription. At times, the system can also feel a bit rigid, and certain views or filters aren’t as flexible as I’d like.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the challenge of keeping our sales process organized and consistent across the team. Instead of relying on scattered spreadsheets, manual reminders, or disconnected tools, everything now lives in one streamlined system. Deals, activities, communication history, and follow-ups are all tracked automatically, which reduces guesswork and helps us stay proactive rather than reactive. This has improved visibility, accountability, and overall efficiency—leading to faster follow-up, better pipeline management, and a more predictable sales process.

 ### 20. Seamless, Intuitive, and Time-Saving—A Sales Game-Changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas L. | Account Executove, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like most about HubSpot Sales Hub is how seamlessly everything works together. Prospecting, email sequences, tasks, call logs, meeting links, pipeline tracking, it’s all in one clean, intuitive interface. The AI features are a big bonus too: suggested actions, email drafting, and call summaries save a huge amount of time and help me stay organised without feeling overwhelmed.

It’s one of the few tools where both new reps and experienced sellers can be productive almost immediately. The visibility it gives into deals, activities, and next steps makes managing my pipeline so much easier.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The only downside is that some of the more advanced features — especially around automation, reporting, and AI, are locked behind higher-tier plans. It can feel limiting when you know the platform can do more, but you need to upgrade to access it.

Additionally, customization in certain parts of the sales pipeline can be a bit rigid. Nothing that breaks the workflow, but sometimes I wish there was slightly more flexibility in tailoring views and automation logic without workarounds.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps us streamline the entire sales process, prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management, all in one place. Before HubSpot, a lot of our work was scattered across tools and spreadsheets, so things slipped through the cracks. Now, tasks are automated, follow-ups are consistent, and every interaction is tracked.

The AI features also help us prioritize the right leads and reduce time spent on admin work. As a result, our team moves faster, stays organized, and spends more time actually selling instead of managing tools.

 ### 21. Overwhelming Feature Set—Needs a Simpler Sales-Focused View

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris H. | Account Executive | IT Point of Contact, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 24, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Lots of features and it works well across an entire organization by not focusing on the utilities of features of only one arm

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

As someone in sales, it feels like there is waaaay too much and I wish there was a simplified view which only showed options or features that are relevant to my daily workflow. I would say 90% or more of the features I don't use and simply find confusing

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does allow me to put all the info I gather from a close or demo into the notes to seamlessly hand over to the CS or onboarding side and that is awesome. Really enables greater communication and quicker response times

My favorite CMR was salesforce due to the bucket system it has and the visuals used to demonstrate where in the sales process (lead stage) a lead is currently in. Made working your pipeline far easier

**Official Response from Jordan Montgomery:**

> Hi Kris - thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that Sales Hub has felt overwhelming, especially with so many features that may not be directly relevant to your daily workflow. We understand how important it is to have a streamlined, role focused experience that helps rather than hinders your work. Please reach out at customer-reviews@hubspot.com if you'd like to leave more specific feedback. Thanks!

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub has greatly changed our sales operations and visibility. Our team is now able to design an effective sales funnel. This has changed the approach for communicating with the users and prospects. The buyer intent tracking and data enrichment features have increased our chances to identify new prospects and helped us to build a better pipeline.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub could improve by removing the email sending limitations tied directly to contact count in the dashboard. Currently, the number of contacts in our database determines the number of marketing emails we can send each month. This makes scaling campaigns challenging, especially when running high-volume marketing plans for reaching out to the new users.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can monitor my workflow and allocate work to myself and my teammates. I can combine this with my inbox via a Browser extension, eliminating the need to hold track of items individually It was tough for me to keep records of how to work through with someone. Hubspot has relieved me of such a burden, allowing me to concentrate on my team closings It also includes an app that allows me to deal with things using my smartphone.

 ### 23. Efficient, Insightful, and Easy to Use – A Must-Have for Sales Teams

I really appreciate how intuitive and streamlined the platform feels. Scheduling meetings is effortless thanks to the meeting scheduler, and the snippets feature saves me a lot of time when replying to emails. The email tracking provides detailed insights on opens and clicks, which is incredibly valuable for staying engaged. I find the Breeze summary especially helpful, as it condenses long email threads so I don’t have to sift through every message. Managing contacts and customer account information is straightforward and well-organized, making my daily work much less stressful.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

There’s not much to complain about, though at times the integration with other tools does involve a few additional steps. Also, I find that some of the advanced reporting features would benefit from greater customization options.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot enables me to monitor engagement, manage my sales pipelines, and schedule meetings all in one place, eliminating the need to switch between different tools. By centralizing emails, documents, and customer information, it allows me to concentrate on nurturing relationships and finalizing deals. ### 25. Streamlines Sales Tracking with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara H. | Sales Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 25, 2024

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub as a manager to effectively track the entire sales process from prospecting through the sales cycle to closing deals, while also keeping track of important metrics. I particularly appreciate the deal section, as it is immensely helpful for visualizing where each prospect stands. This feature allows me to project potential monthly closures based on proposals and contracts that are in the pipeline. I value how the deal section brings visibility to the entire sales team, management, and leadership, making it easy to identify when a deal gets stuck at a particular stage so we can collaboratively address it. Additionally, the ease of setting it up was a significant advantage, as it enabled smooth onboarding and customization to serve as a comprehensive CRM solution. I like that our efforts are compiled and visible in one place, streamlining our ability to track and acquire new clients.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I dislike that the contact records and deal records in HubSpot Sales Hub do not sync automatically, which would greatly streamline the process. Additionally, the tier system or type of contact management feels too manual, requiring more effort than necessary. I also find the reporting capabilities lacking, as there isn't an easy way to create custom reports that fit my needs.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track the sales team, streamline training with call recordings, and have a visible sales process to plan follow-ups—all efforts consolidated in one place.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maddy M. | Sales and Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like that HubSpot Sales Hub is very user-friendly, and I rarely have an issue trying to figure out how to do something in there. I've been using the HubSpot insights function on the target accounts page lately, which lets me do a little bit of research on a prospect before reaching out to them. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

There are a few small things I find more inconvenient than detrimental to making sales. One aspect is sending emails; I don't feel it's the most efficient process. There are a lot of restrictions when it comes to how to send emails, in my opinion.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub as a central hub to track all sales information, solving the problem of quickly locating the data we need. It prevents us from searching through different sources.

I find that it just saves time, making it easier for me to set up automations for email responses and notifications without dealing with technical complexity. The platform is very easy to use, relatable, and intuitive. Overall, compared to other CRMs and tools I've used, HubSpot feels like the king in this space.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some of the analytics are not that great, especially when using metrics from other platforms.

I like how seamlessly it tracks emails, calls, tasks, and client activity in one timeline. The automation tools help me stay responsive with leads without feeling robotic, and the dashboard gives me a clear snapshot of where every prospect stands.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The data you can join in reports between Contacts / Companies / Deals is inconsistent and strange in terms of what you can pivot/filter on. I also wish it could track traffic sources over time instead of just the first and most recent versions.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to reach out to interested and cold customers without taking up too much attention from a sales person, allowing them to focus on more active engagement with leads. Workflows and Sequences allow us to keep in touch with all the leads as we drive them towards closing a deal.

 ### 35. HBS: Best sales tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giada P. | Marketing Development Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub distinguishes itself for several important reasons, and I’d like to highlight what I consider its strongest features. First, the platform is extremely user-friendly, with an intuitive and thoughtfully designed interface. This makes it easy for even non-technical sales teams to get started quickly, without facing a steep learning curve.

Another major advantage is its integration with HubSpot CRM. Because Sales Hub is part of the broader HubSpot ecosystem, it connects effortlessly with marketing, customer service, and CMS tools. This seamless integration provides a unified view of customer data, which is invaluable for managing the entire customer journey.

The automation and efficiency tools are also impressive. With features like email sequences, task automation, and workflow triggers, sales representatives can save significant time and concentrate on high-value activities rather than repetitive manual follow-ups.

Email tracking and templates are particularly useful as well. The ability to see when prospects open or click on emails, combined with access to effective templates and the option to personalize outreach at scale, greatly enhances engagement rates.

Reporting and analytics are another strong point. The dashboards are clean, customizable, and offer real-time insights into pipeline performance, deal velocity, and team productivity.

Finally, HubSpot’s scalability stands out. Whether you’re a startup or a large enterprise, the platform adapts to your needs, making it flexible enough to support both small teams and complex sales organizations.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Adaptation: While the platform offers a wide range of features, it can be challenging to set up and customize without adequate training or support.

Feature Limitations: Certain aspects, such as reporting, recurring revenue tracking, and quoting tools, do not offer much flexibility.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub addresses several major challenges that sales teams commonly encounter, and its advantages stem directly from these solutions. One significant issue is the use of disconnected tools and scattered data. By centralizing all sales activities—such as contacts, deals, emails, and calls—within a single CRM, Sales Hub provides representatives with a unified source of truth. This reduces the time lost switching between different systems and fosters improved collaboration.

Another challenge is the prevalence of inefficient manual processes. Sales Hub tackles this by automating routine tasks like follow-ups, reminders, and lead nurturing. As a result, sales reps can dedicate more time to selling rather than administrative work, which boosts both productivity and the speed at which deals progress.

A further problem is the lack of visibility into the sales pipeline. With customizable dashboards and real-time reporting, Sales Hub offers clear insights into deal progress and overall performance. This enables managers to forecast with greater accuracy and quickly spot any bottlenecks.

Communication issues and inconsistent outreach also hinder sales efforts. Sales Hub’s built-in email templates, sequences, and tracking tools help standardize and personalize outreach at scale. This leads to higher response rates, stronger customer engagement, and a more consistent brand experience.

Finally, the handoff between marketing and sales can often be problematic. Thanks to seamless integration with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM, lead transfer and tracking become smooth processes. This results in better alignment between teams and improved lead conversion rates.

 ### 36. The best CRM I have used!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2024

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Lately I have started appreciating HubSpot more as a thinking tool and not just a CRM. I like how it pushes me to be more structured in how I manage deals, follow ups, and pipelines. The task queues and deal stages have helped me be more intentional with my day instead of reacting to emails and messages. I also like how much context I can see in one place now. Having emails, calls, notes, and timelines together has changed how I prepare before reaching out to a lead.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

As I use it more deeply, I think the main challenge is guidance rather than features. There is a lot of power in the tool, but it is not always clear what the best practice is for using certain features day to day. Some workflows and reports feel like they require trial and error before they really make sense. It would be helpful to have more practical, real life examples built into the platform to show how experienced sales teams actually use these tools in their daily process.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub helps solve the problem of keeping track of leads and managing sales pipelines efficiently. Before using it, staying organized and following up with prospects was a challenge, but now everything is in one place. The automation tools make it easier to nurture leads and streamline the sales process, which saves me time and helps me close deals faster. It also provides detailed analytics, so I can see what’s working and where we can improve, ultimately boosting our team's productivity and sales performance.

 ### 37. All-in-One Solution for Lead Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ananya B. | Sales Development Representative

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like HubSpot Sales Hub because it's essentially a one-stop solution for everything I need in my role as an SDR. It helps me keep track of all my leads, manage follow-ups, create tasks, and organize lead statuses. I appreciate the ability to use filters and sequences to send emails efficiently. The integration with Aircall is great, as it records calls in HubSpot and provides summaries, which lets me keep track of conversations and conversion rates through reports and dashboards. I find it really useful for managing bulk leads with its lead generation feature and for automating emails to multiple people, which saves me time and effort. Overall, it offers a lot of good stuff.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

It's probably the fact that it doesn't have a call system of its own. That would be really good. And, like, if I could send text through HubSpot, that would be really good. If I could get faster notifications for email replies, and, you know, all of that because it takes a bit of time. So that would be really good.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track leads, manage tasks, and automate follow-ups. It integrates with Aircall to record calls and provide summaries. The reports and dashboards help track conversion rates, and the bulk email sequences save time. It's a one-stop solution for my sales needs.

 ### 38. Powerful Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley L.

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like using HubSpot Sales Hub to track all leads, deals, and clients throughout the entire sales cycle. It helps me manage pipelines effectively and offers custom reports and dashboards for performance analysis, providing valuable insights. I also really appreciate the AI Assistant as it helps me add custom properties and workflows. It gives me confidence and guidance to customize records and automates information syncing between contact, company, and deal records. The AI Assistant tends to offer several suggestions and adapts based on feedback, which is helpful for tailoring solutions.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I think that it can be a little bit overwhelming when you first start using it, but that gets easier the more you interact with it. I have also had issues with getting clear attribution for lead sources. It is also frustrating when the AI gives you instructions but then the reality of the process is very different, also it doesn't know what you have access to. There are several fields that pull in different attribution information, this could be standardized so there is 1 field that gives specific sources and details even down to the campaign. Also I integrated my Facebook and Google ad accounts, but it never was able to pull in the correct attribution for these. I also think that the AI should be able to tell what plan and seat you have when giving instructions, it would also be helpful if it did more implementation itself. For example I need to manually create properties with all of the necessary options that are exactly the same to be able to sync info from contacts to companies to deals. It would be helpful if the AI could perform tasks like this to minimize so much manual work. I also find the custom report builder a bit difficult to navigate and often the AI is not very helpful for this.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to solve lead visibility and attribution issues, improve pipeline management, and aid forecasting. The AI Assistant helps customize records and automate syncing, boosting confidence and efficiency in managing our sales data.

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Complete, good CRM with good data management, task categorization, video recording and transcripts and good tracking and reporting

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The LinkedIn Sales Nav integration could be more polished. Right now, it doesn’t track certain activities (such as requests), and it also doesn’t connect or relay sequence messaging to the relevant LISN task.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me build sequences, with good reporting on activity and engagement, and keep track of flows and outstanding tasks, while also giving me a robust overview of my book of accounts.

 ### 40. Effortless Sales Management with Intuitive Tools and Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Leisure, Travel & Tourism | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is very easy to use and intuitive, even for team members who aren’t very technical. The automation, email tracking, pipelines, and task reminders help keep everything organized and save time on daily follow-ups. It integrates smoothly with email and other tools we already use, and having everything in one place makes it easier to manage leads and track progress consistently.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some advanced features can feel limited unless you upgrade to higher tiers, which can get expensive. Certain reports and customizations are not always as flexible as expected, and setup can take time if you want everything configured perfectly. While support is generally helpful, more complex issues can take longer to resolve than anticipated.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 41. Finally, a CRM That Sales Reps Actually Want to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frederick S. | Customer success manager, Telecommunications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The unified view of customer interactions is truly impressive. With all our calls, emails, and deal stages consolidated in one place, our sales team can operate much faster and with greater context. The meeting scheduler and email sequences have saved us a significant amount of time by eliminating the usual back-and-forth when booking demos. It’s an intuitive platform that our representatives genuinely enjoy using.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Although the interface is excellent, the price increases between tiers can be quite significant, especially when you need access to advanced reporting or more specialized automation features. While there are plenty of integrations available, the options for advanced customization can occasionally feel somewhat limited compared to more robust enterprise solutions. It would also be helpful to have greater native flexibility in managing attachments across various records.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solution has addressed our data silo issue. Previously, it was difficult to track the entire process from a marketing lead to a closed deal. Now, we enjoy complete visibility into our pipeline, which has led to more accurate forecasting. With automation handling repetitive tasks such as follow-up reminders and lead rotation, our team at Voys is able to concentrate on building real relationships instead of spending time on administrative work.

 ### 42. Effortless Sales Management with Intuitive, Powerful Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Han L. | Senior Application Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I like best about HubSpot Sales Hub is how clean and intuitive it is while still being very powerful. It makes tracking deals, emails, and follow-ups feel effortless, and the visibility across the sales pipeline is excellent. The tight integration with email, calendars, and CRM data helps keep everything organised without adding admin overhead.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

What I dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub is that advanced features and automation quickly push you into higher-priced tiers. Customisation can also feel limited compared to more complex CRMs, especially for very specialised sales processes. As teams grow, reporting and forecasting can become harder to tailor without additional setup or add-ons.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves the problem of fragmented sales tracking and manual follow-ups by centralising deals, contacts, emails, and activities in one place. It helps automate routine sales tasks and provides clear visibility into the pipeline and customer interactions. For me, this means less admin work, more consistent follow-ups, and better insight into deal progress, which ultimately improves efficiency and close rates.

 ### 43. A powerful and easy-to-use tool for sales tracking and automation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aniket P. | Technical Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is very user-friendly and makes it simple to manage pipelines, track deals, and automate repetitive tasks. The integration with email and CRM is seamless, which helps in personalizing outreach and improving follow-ups. I also like the detailed reporting dashboards that give clear insights into sales performance and team productivity. The ease of implementation and the wide range of features make it suitable for both small teams and growing businesses. I have been using it on a daily basis, and this helps me keep track of each customer and lets my team provide better customer support.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

While the core features are excellent, some advanced functionalities are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can get expensive for smaller organizations. At times, customization options for reports and workflows feel a bit limited compared to other tools. Additionally, the mobile app could be more responsive and feature-rich to match the desktop experience.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Sales Hub has helped us centralize our sales activities, replacing multiple disconnected tools with one platform. It solves the problem of tracking leads and deals manually by giving full visibility into the pipeline. Automation of follow-ups and reminders ensures that no opportunity is missed, saving time and improving productivity. The built-in analytics also help us identify bottlenecks and focus on the right deals, ultimately leading to faster conversions and better revenue outcomes.

 ### 44. Streamlined Sales Processes, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Umesh S. | Sr. SEO Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I like HubSpot Sales Hub for its ease of use and clear visibility into the sales pipeline. It keeps all leads, deals, and communication history in one place, making follow-ups more organized and efficient. The intuitive interface means the team can start using it quickly without heavy training, reducing adoption issues and manual errors. The clear pipeline visibility helps us understand exactly where each deal stands, what needs immediate action, and where bottlenecks exist. The initial setup was relatively easy and straightforward, with core features like contact, workflow, deals, pipeline, and activity tracking being quick to configure. Basic onboarding and templates helped the team get started without much technical support.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

While HubSpot Sales Hub works well overall, some advanced customizations and automations can feel limited unless you move to a higher-tier plan. Reporting for very specific or complex use cases sometimes requires a workaround, and deeper customization of the dashboard could be more flexible. Additionally, for larger teams, managing permissions and maintaining consistent data hygiene can require extra effort.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to track and manage leads, ensuring no follow-ups are missed. It consolidates scattered information into one place for clear pipeline visibility, making follow-ups organized and efficient. Its ease of use reduces training time and helps identify bottlenecks quickly.

 ### 45. Everything in One Place for a Clean, Predictable Sales Process

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dylan P. | Technical Sales Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Everything lives in one place. Deals, contacts, activities, emails so no more switching tabs. It keeps your sales process clean, predictable, and easy to coach on.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

The base feels affordable, until you start adding the features teams actually need. Linkedin Sales Nav, reporting, automation, and suddenly you’re in a much higher tier.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before: Contacts, deals, and communications were scattered across Gmail or Outlook, spreadsheets, and random notes.
Sales Hub fixes it: Everything lives in a unified CRM with contacts, deal stages, activities, emails, and tasks all in one place.

 ### 46. Intuitive All-in-One Sales Hub That Drives Efficiency and Growth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikita R. | Business Development Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub stands out for its intuitive, all-in-one approach to sales management. I love how it centralizes contact and deal tracking, email sequences, and pipeline management, making it easy to stay organized and focused. The automation features save time on repetitive tasks, while the built-in analytics provide clear insights into performance and engagement. It’s particularly user-friendly, even for teams new to CRM systems, and the seamless integration with HubSpot Marketing Hub and other tools makes it a powerful solution for driving sales efficiency and growth.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

One downside of HubSpot Sales Hub is that some of its more advanced features, like custom reporting, automation, and AI tools, are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can get expensive for smaller teams. Additionally, while the interface is generally intuitive, it can feel overwhelming at first with the number of tools and options available. Some users also find that certain email tracking and integration features don’t always work as seamlessly with non-HubSpot platforms, which can be a limitation if your tech stack is diverse.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub solves several key problems that many sales teams face. It centralizes customer data, streamlining contact and deal management so nothing falls through the cracks. It automates repetitive tasks like follow-up emails and lead nurturing, freeing up time to focus on high-value activities. The platform also provides clear visibility into the sales pipeline and performance metrics, helping prioritize opportunities and make data-driven decisions. For me, this means less manual tracking, faster response times to prospects, and a more organized, efficient sales process—ultimately improving conversion rates and overall productivity.

 ### 47. Robust Product Offering That Elevates Our Workflow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samantha M. | Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I really appreciate how comprehensive the product offering is. It covers everything from CMS and CRM to business operations reporting. It's also pretty intuitive, although you do have to keep up with feature updates (sometimes UI changes unexpectedly, but always improves UX). I use it daily for a variety of tasks.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I would like to see more fully developed integrations, particularly with Zoom's product line. While there are some workarounds for the current limitations, they often require manually piecing together data, which is not ideal and can be imperfect.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool allows us to clearly see how our marketing materials influence the pipeline and ultimately contribute to closed deals. It helps us understand the connection between our marketing efforts and actual business outcomes.

 ### 48. Streamlined Sales and Customer Success, Needs More for Support CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominique B. | Senior Customer Support Manager, Retail, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is simple to use and train, allowing us to easily onboard new employees who aren't familiar with it. It's not super complicated, which is great. I appreciate that it serves as a CRM bridge between our sales and customer success teams, keeping all relevant retailer information in one place. It lets us gather information needed for onboarding new retailers and foreseeing future outcomes, while leaving notes and staying organized across different teams. I also enjoy its easy-to-use dashboards, which are quite valuable. The 2FA is wonderful for keeping us GDPR compliant. Additionally, the coaching playlists we started using are really helpful when we're assessing performance.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

HubSpot Sales Hub is not robust enough to implement it as a support CRM for our Customer Support team, even though it does what it needs for the sales and Customer Success departments.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HubSpot Sales Hub centralizes retailer information, bridging sales and customer success teams for smoother transitions. It's easy for new employees to learn, supports inter-team communication, and helps with forecasting and organization. I like its simple dashboards, compliance features, and beneficial coaching playlists for performance insights.

 ### 49. User-Friendly Interface with Powerful Automation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel B. | Co-Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to manage our database of contacts and all of our automated email communication. I appreciate that it minimizes the need to update information in multiple places and reduces the manual work of sending out regular session reminder emails. I like the clean and easy-to-use interface, and it's multi-purpose. I also find the reporting features valuable.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Some of the reporting or workflow features require workarounds and aren't very straightforward. Rather than needing to create 2 separate segments or reports, there should be a feature where you can have a segment within a segment.

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use HubSpot Sales Hub to minimize updating information in multiple places and reduce manual work in sending session reminder emails.

 ### 50. It’s a good sales tool for email marketing, saving sales leads info, etc.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

its deep AI integration (called Breeze) that automates work across marketing, sales, and service, plus its all-in-one CRM ecosystem that eliminates data silos.

**What do you dislike about HubSpot Sales Hub?**

Complex sales processes: Limited multi-currency, advanced territory management, complex approval workflows
Enterprise integration

**What problems is HubSpot Sales Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using it for business development for sending emails to the people all over the world and checking the opening rate of emails
